Stayed Dec 31, 1969Beautiful home with pool. The owner supplies all you need and more. Great for four people. Very friendly neighborhood. Just a short walk to beach.

Stayed Mar 4, 2018Our stay was in March of 2018. A nice clean home, with all the space you need ( we had 4 adults) . Bedrooms had more than enough closet and storage space. The kitchen was well stocked and the space was great to cook our meals. The screened in pool space was a plus and we sat outside alot, without any bug issues. (Just wish the pool was heated!) The home is on a great street with two restaurants in a 4 block walking distance . So close to the grocery store and other shopping. The beach access was great! We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Oct 15, 2017We had a delightful and comfortable stay at this charming home close to the beach. Fully equipped with everything we needed and within walking distance to the beach! Any concerns we had were addressed immediately. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed Feb 1, 2017We have stayed in the New Smyrna Breach area for the past 5 years and this house was awesome. Just a few minutes walk from the beach, in a very quite neighbourhood, with a beautiful pool & back yard with lots of plants and flowers along with the added bonus of nesting box turtles in the back yard.
