CHEERS is a lovely modern 2 storey, 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 14 guests and is on the Esplanade and has excellent seaview's across the bay! Free Wifi is now available!

Stayed Dec 16, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Point Turton is a beautiful place to stay, would highly recommend... Unfortunately, as beautiful as the house could be, unfortunately the lack of maintenance and lack of cleanliness made the place bit disappointing.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Very relaxing space to stay with all the comforts and essentials of home. Kids were never at a loose end with the pool table to hover around. Split level meant that our large families could spread them selves out with two DVD players to enjoy some down time with a selection of movies available. The ocean view is a treat and access to the beach just across the road. The jetty is a short walk and we caught salmon all week. Also a good location for a day trip to the National Park.

Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately this property was very dirty, and the blinds and outside shutters didn't work. It was very expensive for what it was!

Stayed May 5, 2023We enjoyed our stay. We had children aged 0-16yrs with us, and the bedrooms allowed sleeping for all, and were spacious that we could set up portacots etc. The living areas were also spacious and comfortable, with upstairs having a balcony, which allowed for us all to sit and enough the serenity. We will definitely stay here again in future.

Reviewer Comments: I hire Cheers for my 50th Birthday treat, had people coming and going over 10days it was the best way to spend a nice relaxing time ocean side. The house was comfy and really enjoyable. Wold recommend this house to anyone.

Stayed Jan 17, 2023This is our second time staying in this house, it was not as clean as last time. I didn’t dare use the coffee machine as it was filthy. There was rubbish blowing all around the house and yard, the blinds in the bedrooms are useless as they do not provide any privacy, neither do they block out the sun. The mattress upstairs is rock hard and has damaged our backs. The positives are the beautiful views and the lovely large deck upstairs.
