Cheerful Newly Built Townhome Minutes from Atlanta International Airport ✈

Tye was a great communicator — prompt and pleasant throughout our stay. The home was spacious and comfortable, and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. A few maintenance and cleaning details could use attention. A couple of lights (fridge and front door) weren’t working, and the walls could use fresh paint. While the beds were comfortable, the linens didn’t feel freshly laundered. We noticed some crumbs in the crevices of dining table and a baby spider breakout behind the stove (backsplash), and the washer had a slight odor (needs to be sanitized). Overall, a nice stay made better by Tye’s responsiveness — with a few touch-ups, this home could easily be five stars.

The house was generally clean and sufficiently supplied with the usual household items. The listing stated that there was patio furniture which I was looking forward to because I like to sit outside in the mornings to read and drink coffee. There were only two metal chairs in the garage. The owner needs to provide guests with instructions (preferably in writing and in a readily viewable location) on matters such as how to handle the garbage/trash, what day to put the garbage out for pickup, the residential WIFI password and how to silence the internal motion alarm when in the house.

My friends and I stayed 2 nights at this rental for a motox race we attended and we really enjoyed it. Very clean house and safe area to stay in. The host is nice and quick to respond with any questions! We would definitely stay again!

The property was newer and good space and quiet, but was not cleaned as it should have been. There was food left in fridge, used body wash left in one shower and that shower was quite dirty and trash left in a bathroom trashcan. The owner communicated very well and was polite and did give partial refund on cleaning fee at least. If the place was appropriately cleaned, I would have given it 4 stars as opposed to 3.

This property was just as listed. It’s a brand new home and very nice and spacious. The location is inside a well-maintained townhome community. The beds were very comfortable! Note there’s no street parking but the unit has a garage and driveway which worked fine for us. There are plenty of restaurants in the area if you decide not to cook at the property. Good access to freeway, airport and shopping as well. I would definitely rent this space again.
