Cheerful Country Club Cottage Near MSU

Pam and Lance were such incredible hosts! Check in and house instructions were clear and a breeze! The house is beautiful, the beds were so comfortable, the neighborhood is fantastic and they even left some welcome goodies, which was really appreciated after a long travel day. Their home was a lovely home away from home!

The house was very clean, and comfortable. For college friends meeting up to visit it was great! Coffee, sugar, & flour were in the fridge! And the host brought over yummy cinnamon rolls from a local bakery. It was in the perfect spot for us! Check in & check out was a breeze.Will definitely stay there again, when visiting Wichita Falls.

The owners allowed us to check in early. This was great since we had to be somewhere that afternoon. The cinnamon rolls were a big hit and much appreciated .The house was comfortable and roomy and worked great for our family.

We came after Christmas to visit family in Wichita Falls. We loved this home. We would easily stay here again. Waters and snacks on arrival GREATLY appreciated!

There were 4 of us that have been friends since we were babies and we get together a couple of times a year. This house hosted us perfectly! Very clean, very comfortable, and the neighborhood is beautiful.

Visited Wichita Falls for the HH100 Ride. The hosts were really dialed into making us feel comfortable and understanding what we might need over the weekend. They left carb-filled snacks, bottled water, electrolyte powders and 2 bags of ice! The location was convenient and the house itself was clean and comfortable. I would book again.

Went to my hometown, with my best friend from high school, to visit other old friends. The rental we stayed in was so thoughtfully furnished and equipped. We had a nice little treat from a local bakery waiting when we arrived. The kitchen was wonderful, every pot, pan and utensil you would need, they even had condiments that you might have to go buy if you cooked - ketchup, mayo, mustard. Coffee maker AND coffee! wow! I do bring my own coffee wherever I go, but what a lovely gesture. Dishes to eat on and for serving; though we didn't cook here, I do cook quite a bit when on vacation and to have decent dishes, pots and pans, etc., it's rare. Not only decent, but good quality dishes. Everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable - bathrooms perfect. They had multi outlet strips on each side of the bed - thank you! We didn't have any issues at all. The neighborhood is beautiful, big trees, nice houses, close to everything we needed. Quiet at night. I have stayed in vacation rentals all over the world, this property was complete - had everything we needed. Usually there is something that I don't particularly care for, but not here. Perfect for a family with kids, lots of room inside, and out in the back yard. I can recommend this property unequivocally and without hesitation. If you are making a trip to Wichita Falls, stay here, you won't be sorry.
