Cheerful Coastal Home. Close to Beach, 4Br/2Ba, Sleeps 13 guests

Pictures were misleading. Backyard needs work. Outdoor bar was beat up. Sheets on beds were dirty. Floors were dirty. No hand towels. No bath soap. No laundry detergent to wash dirty sheets.

Location is super easy to get to, and its proximity to areas of interest is hard to beat. Host has some of the best communication I've ever had, makes the entire process super smooth.

Enjoyed the spacious living room area with plenty of seating and ottomans. We had a girls weekend and enjoyed hours of just talking and laughing. Great place to hang out! Thank you for sharing your space with us!

We didn’t do much activities, but we did venture to the local outlet mall and the beach! The house was a great central location for everything around us!

This house was perfect! Responsive host. Very clean and spacious!

Let me start with a few positives. The area is convenient. It’s an older neighborhood and appears to be safe. The beach and casinos are near by. Grocery stores are right around the corner. The inside was clean and was a bit larger than we expected. Inside was freshly painted. However the rental certainly has opportunities for improvement. The outside tiki bar area had several safety concerns. The breaker kept tripping with only the TV and one fan turned on. The breaker was outside on side of the house. We couldn’t get to it because the gate was locked so we had to climb over the fence to reset it each time. We did this about 6 times. Then we noticed a GFCI outlet smoking in the yard so we left it turned off. The entire Tiki structure needs to be rewired by an electrician. Exposed wires, broken conduit, etc. Inside several of the TV remotes were missing batteries. Thankfully they all used the same remote so we could get by. Beds were okay but an investment should be made in new mattresses. Check in was delayed because the refrigerator was broken and being replaced at the time of check in. This is understandable but I do think there should have been a communication sent prior to check in. I kept waiting for communication on how to access the property but got nothing. Then 15 minutes after check in time I decided to call. At this time I was informed about the refrigerator being replaced and that it would be about an hour to complete. This was a great stay and the host was very tentative when we needed. The area is beautiful.

I really enjoyed the stay, the house was very comfortable and cozy.

We can’t find where the pool was located but overall had a great stay

Tucked in a quiet neighborhood but less than 5 minutes to the beach, dining, etc. I couldn't have asked for better.House has plenty of space to stretch out, and the outdoor bar/patio was a great spot to hang out in the evening.Would definitely stay here again.

A group of my Marine buddies & I reunited after not seeing each other for about 15 years. This place was perfect for us as we were just looking to hang out and catch up.

Everything was great. The property was nice and the neighborhood was very quiet. My friends and I was pleased.

The place was perfect! Lots of space inside and out. Parking was very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again if available.

Good location by the beach. Close to Harbor Lights and Aquarium. Good neighborhood. Clean property. Awesome experience.

A group of friends from our Mardi Gras society had a weekend casino/football watch social. We had a great time at the Oasis house. Quiet neighborhood, close to casinos, dining and shopping. Beach was very close as well. Everyone had a great time and we are discussing a Spring trip possibilities.
