Cheerful 4-bedroom bungalow with indoor fireplace.

There was garbage in the garbage can under kitchen sink. No snow shovels or salt for weather.Large enough for our family and location made it convenient.

The property was totally unacceptable. Upon arrival, the ambient temperature was 84 degrees. Upstairs bedroom area air conditioning would not function sufficiently to create an airflow. Floor fans did not function. Baseboard heating electrical connections were exposed representing a danger. We were advised there was a crib available for our 2 year old. Instead, an unassembled infant size bassinet totally inappropriate was found. The house alarm control panel dangled from the wall exposing wires within the wall. We vacated the property promptly, reloaded our car and were forced to stay at a hotel at greater expense. We contacted Vrbo by phone and requested a full refund. The host has indicated to us we would receive a refund.

Communication was perfect and the house was exactly as described and location was ideal.

The stay was as advertized but the kitchen could use a few more utensils, bowls etc.

Great location for UB graduations and access to the city. Some ant issues, but they seem to be treating things for it.

I reserved the property for a reunion of musicians I last played with 50+ years ago. The home was a perfect spot for us. The 4 bedrooms are large and beds are very comfortAble. The management staff was extremely helpful when I realized the A/C was not working. They responded immediately and had the problem rectified the next day. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood of large beautiful homes. Very quiet area. I heartily recommend this property to anyone. I will be back!!!

The house is definitely interesting. It was probably very upscale and modern in 1970. But seems to not have been touched since. The abundance of cherubs around the home are very out of place and definitely dont match the dragon/fish bathroom fixtures and the Cherub door handle is perfect height to poke out a childs eye. Speaking of headbangers, the light fixture in the kitchen caused a few head injuries until we decided to stick a chair under it. Not a very good place to rent with young children as the carpet is white and there wasnt anything for them to do. The wifi wasnt strong enough to use anywhere other than the kitchen.The replacement coffee pot offered doesnt fit the pot so coffee was a task and the fridge cpuldnt handle many groceries without collapsing. The water pressure was amazing and the hot water stayed hot. The neighborhood is gorgeous and its located at a perfect area. We enjoyed the evenings in the florida room with the breeze and sights in the courtyard. I enjoyed that we had access to use the garage. It helped so that we didnt have to worry about street parking. We would probably stay again out of convenience and size for price.
