Cheerful 3-bedroom with a pool in Palm Coast, FL

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this property. First off the hosts Andrew and Anna went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The house had every amenity a family could ask for. The property looked just like the pictures! Everything was clean and well kept. I would recommend this home to anyone that wants a nice getaway in a clean and quiet environment. I’m an attorney from a big city so I definitely needed the break. This home had all that my family and I needed. If I could give this 10 stars I would! Kudos Anna and Andrew!

A clean, well appointed house with a beautiful pool. The bathrooms were luxurious. The high-end kitchen made cooking at home easy and had every gadget imaginable. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Before we even arrived Andrew and Anna emailed information about the area and rental. Super helpful! We had a 14 hour drive and were ready to chill out. From the moment we opened the door, we were like kids in a candy shop! This place is beautiful, fully stocked, modern and immaculate! All 4 of us loved every minute of being in this house. A few evenings we opted to just stay in and relax by the pool. We have rented numerous VRBO’s and it was unanimous, this was our FAVORITE! When we head back to this area, this is where we want to stay! Andrew and Anna have done a great job with this rental!

The house had a nice layout and was well maintained. It was very clean upon arrival and the kitchen is well stocked. We arrived a little before check-in and the owners were accommodating. As pictures of the pool are prominent in the listing, please note the pool does not have a heater, so was not usable our entire stay. We had offered to pay extra for pool heat, but learned too late that was not an option.

Great place to stay. Clean and very nice. Spacious as well.

Stayed in PC as I am looking to move there

Property managers were in touch from beginning to end of the stay. Advised on everything needed to enter, to use and what was needed for departure. We contacted them several times and they got back with us quickly. Plenty of things to visit and restaurants close by. They were the best hosts we could have had. Will be staying there again next year. This VRBO is highly recommended. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent spot to stay, very clean. We stayed here over the holidays and the owner even had it decorated for the season. As expected from the pictures. We would stay again.

This was the best Host we have stayed with. Communication from booking until checkout was incredible. The home was everything they described and more. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend. FIVE STARS for sure.

We loved every second! The pool was perfect, the welcome book housed great information on everything from restaurants to gyms, the hosts were fantastic! 10/10 highly recommend!!

Anna and Andrew are super hosts. Their home was beautiful. This was my first Vrbo experinece and they definitely over exceeded my expectations. They deserve 10 stars ?!! I'll definitely be back and use their home again in the near future. I will opt to fly instead of driving from NJ next time, thats for sure. Lol

The property had everything we needed. It was very clean and Andrew was great at responding to us. Ive had a rough few months and this vacation was very relaxing and i know this house was a major part of that.
