Cheerful 2-bedroom Easy Street Townhouse

One of the best equipped BNBs ive stayed at in my 40plus years of renting cottages. Comfy bed and pillows.Lights were on which was very welcoming when i arrived after dark. I definitely recommend this one.

Quiet neighborhood that is easily accessible to restaurants and grocery store. Very comfortable and the backyard is perfect for those traveling with their dog (especially since there are no sidewalks to walk your pet) I appreciated the easy communication and added breakfast items included as coming in late in the evening I didn’t have to think about having to grab something in the morning. This is a very spacious comfortable townhome. My only area to address is the parking in driveway it was a challenge to take things out of the passenger side as it is very close to bushes. I had to get my dog out from the driver side which he is not used to especially if he was in his crate I’d have had to complete turn the crate around to give him access to exit. Maybe trimming back the bushes as if you have someone on that side you’d have to unload prior to coming down driveway and if it’s raining that equals getting wet. Other than that not much to critique and I hope to be back in Fall when I visit Tallahassee again

The property is exactly like the pictures. My girls loved the downstairs family room. They were able to play and watch tv without fighting the adults for tv. Owner communicates in a timely manner. Many extras were provided including breakfast items in the refrigerator. 10/10 would stay here again.

If you're looking for a home away from home, this is it! Everything about this stay was easy to enjoy. I guess that's why it's located on Easy Street. The host was AMAZING!!! They made the initial contact the day we booked and provided information at that time about the surrounding area, in order to help make our stay more enjoyable. We then continued our communication all the way up to arrival, during, and after the stay (STELLAR COMMUNICATION). We only wished the trip could've been longer, but our schedules didn't permit that. So, we'll DEFINITELY have to book again...soon. The only thing that anyone could say that wouldn't make this a perfect stay, would be that the property had stairs. Yes, there are stairs outside and inside that would be a bit challenging for someone that's unable to do stairs. OTHERWISE, the property is clean and very beautiful. The backyard scenery (visible from the kitchen/dining room, master bedroom, and downstairs family room) was soothing and relaxing. It's definitely one of the best stays I personally have had. On the 1 to 10 scale, this property gets a full 10.

Overall we were comfortable however the showers were small. Kitchen was well stocked.

Roomy and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. If you’re a coffee person you have brew options.Property manager was quick to respond when I needed to update my stay.

Everything was as advertised, actually the downstairs was bigger than it seemed online.

The host was responsive and welcoming. The home was comfortable and provided us withe the perfect place to relax before and after our event. The showers were great. My husband always has issues with the shower head being too low. Thse were nice and high.

Property had pets allowed option and also had pet trays and potty pads for any animal. Also the house was clean to perfection and parking was a breeze. The host always contacted us back real quick with anything we needed

Loved the property, it was very clean except for a few spider webs. Lots of sleeping space. Great kitchen area and deck for hanging out. The host was very communictive and easy to reach and loved that it was easy for us to extend an additional day. The only minus for us was the parking was to a minimal and the driveway had a steep dip so we had to park on a incline. Would definitely book this property again!

I couldn't believe it when I walked in and saw how fantastic this property was. I have stayed in horrible places for much more money. I highly recommend this property to anyone who loves luxury at a bargain.

I had a personal issue that came up that had nothing to do with the property. The host was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to do all he could to help. He was easy to reach and very communicative. I would definitely rent from this host again.

Great Stay

We had a very nice stay. We came to see the North Cluster dog show. This was a nice place for us and our dog. The house was well stocked and very clean. Also very close to Publix.

Perfect place to hang out with our son for the weekend. Comfortable. Plenty of room. Quiet

We stayed here for 2 nights while my daughter was home from Japan on leave. The downstairs sectional and tv area was a perfect place to relax and catch up! They went the extra mile with tons of fresh breakfast food waiting for us, really thoughtful!

It was fun, felt like home and I will recommend it to others.

We needed a place to evacuate from the Hurricane. We found a gem. It had everything we needed.

The host was extremely communicative and accommodating. Basic snacks and provisions in villa upon arrival. Place was spotless. Neighborhood is a bit transitional, but didn’t cause concern.
