Stayed Aug 30, 2023A real mixed bag with this property. Outside and neighborhood were good. Inside, faced ants coming in on day one, called owner and she came and sprayed. Still a small issue but better. Some nice upgrades, but needs a thorough cleaning. Bed was poor, needs to be replaced ASAP. Not really designed for a longer use as many utensils, pots and pans were at a minimum. Some cabinets and drawers were useless due to design of kitchen.

Stayed Sep 14, 2024We love this small, quaint house! This was a second time staying at this property while visiting Carson City. We love the location being so close to downtown and lots of large parks for our fur babies. The house is very clean and suitable for a small family. The neighbor is very quiet and we love spending time relaxing in the front gated yard. We definitely recommend and will definitely stay again soon!

Stayed Nov 22, 2023The house is adorable and just like it appears in the pictures. Its an easy walk to downtown and a bunch of restaurants etc, and a (relatively) short drive to a ton of hikes around lake Tahoe. Like someone else mentioned, I saw a few families of deer wandering around the neighborhood in the mornings and it was very quiet and peaceful. The host was super helpful and always responded quickly. Check in/out were super easy.

Stayed Oct 4, 2023We absolutely loved this small home! It was perfect for our short get away to explore Carson City. The location is great and we were able to walk to the park and explore downtown. It is a very peaceful place and enjoyed sitting in the front yard listening to the birds and even saw a family of deer wandering the neighborhood! Will definitely stay again when we get back to the area.
