Cheerful 1-Bedroom 2-Bath Lake House Experience!!!

The property was excellent. Right on the water so you could just hop in anytime you wanted. I also loved being able to open the sliding glass doors so it always felt like you were outside on the water. The view was excellent and it is on a quieter part of the lake and peaceful yet you were only minutes away from the best restaurants in Hot Springs. The host, Ethan, was exceptional! When we had a problem and got our boat stuck, we call him and he sent two of the sweetest guys over to help us. They went above and beyond just helping! I really cannot say enough good things about our stay and host of the property! We will definitely be back as soon as we can.Just FYI, you will need to take things like bath soap, shampoo, etc. since there isn't any at the property. I always take my own so it wasn't a problem. I had also read in other reviews that if you were going to cook your own meals you would need to bring some supplies so I brought some of my own that I knew we would need as well as ziplocks, and things to store leftovers in.In summary, one of the best properties we have visited and the best host ever!!!! I highly recommend it!

This place was PERFECT We had the best weekend. Great place for our mom and dad anniversary getaway. Wish we would've brought our boat, the cove was hopping! We would definitely rent again and highly recommend it to others. The host was Great and contact with them was very responsive.

Great place Perfect location close to everything.I still give this place 5 stars but if you’re planning on cooking you better bring some forks. Only 3. Luckily we ate out for every meal.

The cabin has beautiful water views. It was very relaxing. It is close to town and restaurants. Could use suitcase racks, ziplocks or dishes to store leftovers. Please fix 2 inoperable blinds so you have a 180 view of lake. It was a beautiful, quiet and relaxing weekend. We appreciated the host checking on us when we had a little initial difficulty with key pad(our own fault).

Honest review to be helpful because the property itself had an amazing view and was a fun stay. But the cleanliness was not good, the microwave still had food splatters in it from a past guest. We used the oven and it smoked up the house because of old food or grease in the bottom and there was no exhaust fan. It could use some ant traps as our food that was set out had ants covering it in the morning. There was an old washcloth hungover the top of the shower rod from a previous guest, the place needs to be dusted. It just seems like the counters get a wipe down but there was cobwebs on things and on the ceiling and the fan blades were covered in dust above the bed, and the lamps next to the bed were all dusty and could tell were not wiped off as the top of the bed frame as well. Cleaning is an easy fix so hopefully that can really help out this property because it is unique and a fun place!

Loved the little cabin, very neat and tidy. Great view with the windows and we loved having the little telescope to watch birds on the islands. Had to make a stop at Pirate’s Cove for some mini golf, and really enjoyed eating at the GOAT, which isn’t far from the property. Thank you so much, we will absolutely be back.

This little lake house was in a very peaceful and quiet location. The view of the lake was spectacular. It was easy to find and access and the host was very nice with good instructions. There were not a million house rules either which was nice. The only negatives were the bed and pillows which were uncomfortable and the kitchen was not well equipped if you wanted to cook instead of eating out. Overall we thought it was a lovely little place and would definitely stay here again.

It was very nice for me and my wife. Being right on the water was fabulus. Everything was neat and clean. The only thing missing was somewhere to put our clothes and not have to leave them in the suitcase. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

We loved the location!!! Peaceful, quiet, right on the water.We felt removed from all the tourist, yet we’re close to all the exciting activities of downtown Hot Springs.We would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Loved the location, peaceful and quiet.

The place was absolutely amazing! It is a paradise for a couple wanting to get away from everything while being just minutes from anything. Have a boat? GREAT! Bring it... there's a covered slip for you to dock it. The marina is around the bend for fuel and several restaurants have boat parking. No boat? GREAT! There's a private swim area with concrete steps between the dock and the cottage. Those same restaurants are a 5 minute drive. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! Stop looking and book now, just don't take my week.

Perfect location.

We stayed here for a second time and loved it. This cabin is all about location. We have a boat and the slip on the property is perfect. Great communication with the owner as well. Great place for an extended weekend!!!

Fantastic lake view location. Great spot for 1-2 people. Only drawback was a shortage of some necessities like hand soap and bowls/pans for cooking.

Super cute and cozy! Very clean! Everything we needed in the house was easy to find, beds and furniture were comfortable, the view was awesome, and it was so easy to get everywhere! Would definitely stay here again!
