From the living room you ascend the staircase to the hallway with balcony overlooking the downstairs and out to the yard. Off of this hallway there are three bedrooms and two full baths. One bedroom serves as the upstairs master with a queen bed, en suite bath and a large sitting area. The second and third upstairs bedrooms are Jack N Jill sharing a bathroom accessible from either bedroom. One of these rooms has a queen bed and the other has two twins.

The fifth bedroom is the 'Bonus Room' over the garage, which is accessible from the interior of the house and offers complete privacy with its own bathroom and flat screen TV. Bedding is one queen and two twins-perfect for the teens, a Nanny, or the couple with the new baby.
