Stayed Jul 19, 2025Wonderful week at Chateau de la Mer! Home is well appointed and has a designer touch. Spacious and welcoming and includes tons of beach toys/chairs…we didn’t need to bring our own! Easy check-in and great location near pool. Golf cart is a huge bonus! Would stay again!

Stayed Jul 12, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good house for a big family. Nice 6 person golf cart. Ordered from two restaurants for pickup, Nonna’s Pizza and Sassy Bass Island Grill. Both were really good. If you need seafood to cook go to Billy’s Seafood Market.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental experience was superb because Michelle is awesome! However, housekeeping needs to be addressed. Master Bedroom carpet very dirty from previous guests and both coffee pots were dirty. I leaned them myself upon arrival. We advised Michelle about these issues upon arrival.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th consecutive year at Martinique on the Gulf and third year to stay at Chateau de la mer. We love the community and we love the house. Last year the house was beautifully updated. The kitchen is very well organized and equipped. The living area and dining room table are ideal for family gatherings, movies, games and meals. I overheard several family members say out loud, “I love this house!” We enjoyed the brand new golf cart this year. Check-in and check-out was very smooth and easy.
