Charming Williamstown Retreat w/ Private Yard

The house was very clean, comfy, and relaxing! We went to the Ark and it was very convenient!

The sweetest home with a wonderful view! You truly feel like you are at your parent/grandparent’s home while you are there. There was never a concern about cleanliness, probably the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. They make sure you have EVERYTHING you need. The owners make you feel so welcome. Highly recommend.

Our hosts were just next door, going above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant. They are friendly and accommodating and their home was welcoming and very clean. The views from the front and back porches are breathtakingly beautiful, including a glimpse of the Ark!

The view was beautiful from the front porch along with the setting. The place was very clean with very open and friendly perfect for our event. Very close to the Arc and the View where the wedding was held.

Our experience was very good. Very convenient location to visit the Ark Encounter. The view from the house is stunning. You can even see the back of the Ark from the house. The house is beautifully decorated and is very cozy.

This is absoutly the BEST VRBO house we have ever stayed in. First, it is not just a house, it is a home...warm, inviting and peaceful. The owners are amazing and so accommodating. It's location is good as well. We would definitely stay here again. The property is beautiful and the sunrises and sunsets are a must to see while relaxing on the front porch or back deck. WOW!, was the feeling when we opened the front door for the first time. So clean! Everything was well cared for and we felt like maybe we were the first (which we certainly were not) to rent the house. Interesting decore, hope you like flowers! Fantastic location for the Ark and Creation Museum, quiet and peaceful, room to move and beautiful scenery. We will certainly recommend your place to any friends who decide to head your way!

My wife and I traveled with 2 of our grandkids and this home was perfect for us. Comfortable, well appointed and immaculately clean. Situated in a quiet location with great views of the countryside and sunsets. Owners were attentive and friendly. Finally, this was the perfect location for visiting the Ark Encounter.We really enjoyed are stay!

Very comfortable home! Beautiful area as well.

For a big family with a whole bunch of kids this was an oasis away from home. We fit comfortably and the kids had a great time using the board games, reading and coloring books that were set up in their room. Mona and Charlie's home is cozy, very clean and in a centric location to everything we wanted to do. Also, the view of the sunsets and sunrises were spectacular. We would love to come back in the future!

This home was spotless, inviting, functional, and very homie, we felt like we were at home. It extremely comfortable, quiet, it's a very well maintained home and it's obvious that the owners take great pride in their ownership.

We visited The Ark and the Creation Museum, and Mona and Charlie’s home was perfect. It’s on the same road as the Ark and a half hour ride on Rt. 75 North to the Creation Museum. The sun rose over the Ark in our back yard. We cooked on the grill and ate on the deck while the sun set. We even witnessed the Northern Lights. It’s quiet, clean, stocked with everything you need and in a safe, country setting. We were so happy with the rental. It made our visit to Kentucky perfect.

This is a well maintained property. I would certainly rent it again.

Our family had a great time staying here. It was nice after being at the Ark Encounter all day to only have to drive a short distance and be home. We could see the Ark from the backyard yet we felt like we were out away from it all in the rolling hills of Kentucky with incredible views as well. I really liked how clean the house was and we have no complaints. The showers and bathrooms were really clean, with nice thick hotel style towels. It had a very comfortable feeling to it and was very relaxing looking out at the amazing views around you. I enjoyed sitting at both porches the best (the front porch is always cool and shaded, even on hot days) and my husband really enjoyed the comfy lazy boy chairs. My kids thought it was cool they each had their own tv in their rooms, and they had plenty of room to play in the yard. The front yard starts to slope down into a hill and road but the backyard is flat and big. Nice little touches like cozy blankets and snacks and water upon arrival were very nice. I liked how we got to meet the owners who live next door; they are very sweet people who have lived in the area all their lives. Lastly, the Ark is incredible and we can’t wait to go back to Williamstown again!!

Property is a little tired. 3rd bedroom has no closet or dresser for clothing. House was clean. The house needs new lights that are brighter or able to adjust the brightness.

This house was clean and located in the perfect place if you are visiting the ARK. Owners responded quickly if you had any questions. Beautiful home.
