Stayed Jun 22, 2024Beautiful and peaceful. We sat on the porch and watched a family of otters swim around and then climb the rocks. We went down to the rocky beach at low tide. It was amazing. The kitchen is well stocked. We were able to cook dinner there and breakfast easily. The beds were comfortable… and it was nice that it also had a pull out porch. The beds and decorating are basic. But we were comfortable and happy. The view is the best feature of all. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Stayed Jan 1, 2026It is a very nice location next to the sound, with amazing view of Seattle, even on a gloomy winter day. It is about 15 minute drive from downtown Bainbridge so very convenient. The house is clean and good size for family with little children. The sofa bed could use new sheets. We didn’t want to change sheets so we ended up not using it. The kitchen is equipped with a good number of plates and bowl, so we were able to heat up the food we brought from restaurants. This is an older house - one of the beds squeaks a little, but it is not a big problem to us. Appreciate many towels in there. Though we did not rent the lower level this time, there was a note about it being available for rental too, and I imagine it would be nice to BBQ with friends on the patio in summer, so we may come back with friends.

Stayed May 7, 2025The whole reason I booked at this house was for the beach and when I arrived there was a sign saying to access the beach you have to contact someone and pay 100 a day which is ridiculous and the back yard was so over grown it would be difficult to even try but the house sits on the beach so it just disappointed me but Other than that it was nice and secluded very clean and comfortable

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had an absolute wonderful stay here. The house was perfect for my family of 4. Beds were comfortable, there was enough kitchen supplies for us to make food, and the place was very clean. But the view is why we fell in love with this house. The house is right on the ocean and you have a direct view of the Seattle skyline. We spent hours just looking out at the ocean and even were lucky enough to spot some otters. It was absolutely fabulous and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
