CHARMING WATERFRONT HOME

What an amazing holiday house in a fabulous location right on the beach. Cap Coz is an enchanting bay and sandbar. The scenery is stunning with calm water and gently sloping sand. Perfect for paddleboarding, kaying, windsurfing etc. It is peaceful chilled, with only a few restaurants but full of life; we loved watching the sailing school activities on the water. The house is extreemly clean and well equiped. You feel spoilt. The outside shower is brilliant even has hot water! The 4 double bedrooms all have a view of the sea. The upstairs bathroom downstairs shower room are top quality. This whole area of Finistere is full of local charm a beautiful coastline. It feels like a step back in time to laid back, low key tourism with the frills of modern life. Go now!

The house and location are wonderful and Joelle is an excellent host. So much is provided, even a telescope and an outdoor hot shower. All of us enjoyed the nearby restaurants and sports facilities and especially the beautiful walks. We will return.

The house is perfectly positioned to enjoy stunning views across the bay of Cap Coz. It is spacious and has secure parking. The owner, Mme Le Floch was welcoming and very attentive. We are looking forward to being back next year.

The summer house of Joelle is located directly at the beach of Cap Coz. You see and fell the sea form every angle of this typical britanny house. The interiour is completly up-to-date and in very good condition. All discribed features are there and functioning. We spend two weeks there in summer and were two families with a teenage boy each - and we will probably remember this days and the place for live. The boys were out on the sea every day stand-up-pedaling and parents were mostly profiting of the garden and beach. The hardest thing was leaving this lovely place in the end. We are looking forward to coming back one day.

We already know and love Cap Coz from previous vacations and had admired Joelle's house from the beach over the years. Our time there was perfect. The house had everything we needed; Weber BBQ, lovely bedding and tablecloths, a fully stocked kitchen, good WiFi, comfortable seating and great space inside and out. To hear the waves first thing in the morning, to be able to see the boats bobbing on the waves and to be able to walk round the corner with our SUPs and be on the water in minutes was what we wanted in our first French holiday since 2019. Joelle was a fabulous host and great communicator. I recommend this property 100%.

Wonderful location with garden facing direct over the sea. High quality furnishings Well equipped modern kitchen with good supplies of spices coffee oil etc. Very confortable beds with views over the sea.

The house is in an unbeatable location, directly on Cap Coz beach. It was clean, spacious and well equipped, if not a little minimalist. The four double bedrooms are all of a similar size and the beds are very comfortable. Both the upstairs bathroom and downstairs shower room are modern and well designed. In fact, the whole house has been renovated to a very high standard. There is secure parking for two cars behind an electronic gate. The owner is friendly and accommodating. We hope to return for another holiday soon!

Very nice house. Beautiful, spacious and cozy. Location - excellent. All you need to rest at home there. It was a very good two weeks.

Je peux confirmer de tout coeur les appreciations des autres locataires. nous venons de passer une semaine merveilleuse dans cette magnifique maison de grand standing ou nous nous sommes retrouves en famille. Espace de vie tres spacieux, cuisine tres bien equippee, literie excellente et abondance de linge de maison. Avons gare trois voitures sans probleme en toute securite; portail coulissant avec porte pietonne qui ferme a cle. Tres grand jardin enclos avec vue magnifique sur la baie de Concarneau. Acces tout proche a la meilleure plage de la region pour les enfants et toutes activites nautiques. Acceuil chaleureux de la proprietaire. Une semaine c'est trop court! Location, location, location! Difficult to find any better. Beautiful house recently renovated to the highest standard. Superb living space, very well equipped kitchen, excellent bathroom and shower room and very useful utility. The outside space is totally secure. Fenced on the beach side and locked sliding gate. We parked three cars and still had room to move the canoe in and out. Easy access to the safest beach of the area for children and close to the rockpools. Coastal footpath to Beg-Meil just out of the door. Shopping in Fouesnant five minutes away, restaurants and creperies short walk along the road. Boat rental along the beach. Had leisurely BBQ on the patio and relaxed on the sunloungers. The occasional rain couldn't spoil the blissful location. Going to sleep to the sound of the waves! You won't want to leave!
