Stayed Dec 31, 1969The Cottage was precious!! My daughters and I stayed the weekend for the Christmas festival. We had some friends staying downtown. The cottage was the perfect meeting place, we were able to cook and visit. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, towels, and bed lines. Only a 10 min drive to downtown. There was a dollar store and little store with groceries 2 mins away. We couldn't have had a better time.

Stayed Mar 28, 2025Great location on the Cane River, close to town. Neighbors close but quiet. Wi-Fi and cable tv. Everything worked. We liked the ceramic tile floors. Small issues: shower very small, no bathroom exhaust.

Stayed Dec 25, 2024Beautiful place. Very peaceful but not too far from town. I bet it would be fun in the summer with kids because there was a ladder on the deck for the river. The host always answered my questions quickly. It had everything you need for a restful vacay

Stayed May 26, 2023House was as advertised. Fishing was great. We caught over 70 bream. Only one garbage bag was supplied. The dishwasher was broken. The TV in the main bedroom was not working right. These issues would not be particularly important except for the fact that the rate was $275 a night. Otherwise, the location, views and fishing were very nice.

Stayed May 5, 2023Cute little place not too far from town! Within 10 minutes you can be at Walmart and downtown. Nice little dock to fish off of. Neighbors are pleasant. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. A/C is cold!. Bedding is nice. Would definitely stay again.
