This casa is a beautiful country-style holiday home built in 2015. It is located in the village of Kastelir, just 8 km from the sea and 350 m from the town centre. Nearby there is a shop, restaurant, pizzeria, ATM and other amenities. The house has its own, partially fenced, well-kept garden with an area of approx. 1,000 m², a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. It is surrounded by an olive grove and has a barbecue and a car park for two vehicles. The holiday home, designed for eight people, isspread over two floors and offers the following facilities on 164 m²: on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, a living room with access to the beautiful covered terrace with dining table, a bedroom with two separate beds and shower/WC as well as a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a spacious double room with access to a balcony with a marvellous panoramic view of the sea, a bathroom with shower and massage bath, a smaller room with a bed for one person and a triple room with its own bathroom with shower and WC. Groups of young people are not permitted.
