1879 Joseph Hanes House on the most desired street in Cape May. Sleeps 14. Near everything in the center of Historic Cape May. 2 spectacular porches. One on the first floor looking upon Hughes Street and the other on the 2nd floor with a very unique view. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms (one with a sleeper sofa), a kitchen, dining room and 1.5 baths. The 2nd floor has a bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, sitting area with a sofa bed, and a full bathroom. The 3rd floor consists of 2 bedrooms and a large full bathroom.
Sit out front on the gingerbread front porch to enjoy the horse and carriages go by on this treelined street, or relax on the 2nd floor rear mahogany deck where you can enjoy a lovely meal or read a book. We are just steps to town and the beach.
We came with our parents and two young children and had a great time. Neat old house within easy walking distance of the beach and downtown Cape May. Would absolutely stay here again!
Great big house with 2 kitchens close to the beach! Perfect for a group enjoying Cape May!
