Stayed Apr 16, 2026Adequate accomodations for the price. However, bedding and furniture was extremely uncomfortable-obvious shortcuts taken to save on expenses. Well stocked kitchen and cupboard and appliances. Host was very accommodating.

Stayed May 1, 2026Everything was perfect! We were celebrating our daughter’s graduation from FSU and Drew’s townhouse made it that much more special. We were able to spend time together in between events and were very comfortable. The bedrooms have en suite bathrooms , which was great for us with 2 couples . Drew was very accommodating and we enjoyed our stay very much. Great location in Midtown, close to FSU , Publix , restaurants and bars !

Stayed Jan 9, 2026Really clean townhouse with new and functional amenities. I felt safe and right at home. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Host communicated well and provided all necessary information for our stay.

Stayed Dec 11, 2025This place is a gem! Quiet, Comfortable, clean and spacious; terrific for a small family. Convenient to shops & stores for any of the small things you may have forgotten. Host is responsive to inquiries & needs! Access to garage for parking vehicle is a plus - but street parking is available.
