It was nice. Little bit of communication error with winter weather, having place ready on time.

Great communication with the owner. Very convenient to many stores, convenience stores, restaurants and highways. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

This was a great place for me to stay and I would use it again if visiting Rochester. We traveled for ice hockey and it happened to be centrally located to 5 different rinks I had to travel to. Really great price compared to hotels!

Pet friendly and clean. Bed was comfortable, location was excellent and communication with Cesar was exceptional. Check in and check out was easy. Kitchen was fully stacked for cooking a good meal. Neighborhood was tranquil and safe.

The home was an awesome home between homes during our move to Rochester. The home was very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Quiet neighborhood and a lovely county park a five minute drive away to walk the dogs.

Cesar’s place has all the amenities you need for a great stay for 2 or 3 people in Rochester. It’s close to the airport and University of Rochester and RIT. Cesar graciously accommodated a 3rd family member for one night before we moved her into the U of R the next day. We got a great night of sleep before move-in day and afterwards. There is a Wegmans grocery store two minutes away for all your grocery needs. Cesar provides excellent and timely communication. We will definitely look to stay here again when we are back in November.

The property was clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located between RIT and Rochester and hopefully will be available for future visits.

The property is big with lovely plantings all around. Our dog enjoyed the yard as did my husband and I. And the surrounding neighborhoods provided a great area for dog walking. The house was clean and one of the most well appointed of any we’ve stayed at which made it a very homey accommodation. There were ample supplies in the kitchen which was so nice to see. The location was convenient for our needs but also to the highway which would be a good benefit to anyone staying there. Cesar answered any questions in a very timely manner. I would definitely stay again.

We visited our son, his wife, & new baby. It was a great location as it was close to stores & the gym. Close to Rochester & other attractions. Plenty of room for the family to come over, have dinner & play games. Kitchen table was a great place to set up if you work remotely or to play games. House was set up well & yard is beautiful. Will definitely book this place again next time we visit. Cesar was easy to message & very responsive.

Enjoyed our stay. It was cozy and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the little sitting area outside. Nothing fancy but very cozy end enjoyable.

We needed a place to stay while my son visited RIT. This home was a good fit - comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen. Very reasonably priced. Much better than staying at a hotel.

Our stay at Cesar’s house was wonderful. He was extremely communicative and the house was clean and very comfortable. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that was just a short drive from downtown. Would absolutely love to stay there again.
