Charming Spacious 3br-2ba House

Nice quiet neighborhood, plenty of space for 5, well equipped

Perfect stay for 1 night in Tucson! Host was efficient and the beds were very comfy. It was not abundantly clear that this is a shared duplex and the walls are pretty thin - so you can hear the neighbors. It just seems like an older Tucson home that, so there was definitely some dust and a few little critters floating around. The beds were clean and presentable. The kitchen was well stocked and clean! Overall it was a great place with 3 bedrooms!

Everything was so well organized that I didn’t need to bother owner at all! It wss a convenient location, easy to find, clean, comfortable, and an amazing mattress. Only note that the shower in the master bedroom didn’t get all the way hot. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit!

This property is located close to all the conveniences. The house is shared with two apartments on both sides, surprise to us. There was some noise from one of the apartments, could hear the shower and some bumps, but not much during our 3 day stay. I was comfortable and plenty of space for the 3 of us.

House needs upgrades, especially showers. Renter doesn’t state anywhere in description that there are tenants on either side of the property.

Clean and comfortable:

The house is spacious, quite neighborhood and great for a large family, but the house is not screaming vacation home, it's more like witnesses protection home. We only used one of the three bedrooms. The bedspread needs to be washed. The kitchen cabinets needs to be wiped down. Both bathrooms shower floor tiles needs replacing. There's a chair in the hallway closet that reminds me of the book...(The Spook That Sat By The Door.)

Comfortable and clean. Owner was immediately responsive when we needed linens for the futon.

Adjacent to the Williams Addition area and the Barnes & Noble bookstore. Nice, clean area.

Clean house conveniently located to enjoy Tucson.

This place has very comfortable beds/pillows! The communication with the owner was not as good as previous reviews indicated. The back bedroom window is right above the shared washer and dryer...be careful when opening the blinds! A neighbor was loading the machines when we did and able to look right into the bedroom. Also, be aware that there are two dwellings attached - one on either side, and the walls are very thin. You can hear conversations and general sounds. I was in the front bedroom and was startled awake at 11:30 pm by a very loud slam (neighbor shutting their front door). It literally sounded like someone was breaking into the house. Overall - a totally fine place to stay - just be aware of close occupants.
