Stayed Feb 18, 2026We really enjoyed our stay at this townhome! It was very nice and clean. It was just 3 of us, and we had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable, though the headboard in the master would be better secured as it moved whenever you moved in bed. It was a great location for me, close to everything I needed to be close to. It was quiet and felt safe. Management was very accessible and accommodating. Would stay again.

Stayed Mar 8, 2026The place was in spotless condition. They had extra blankets, which came in handy when the temperature dropped 20 degrees.The check-in was easy. The coded door was easy to use, and we had no issues throughout the stay. The townhome has easy access to Butler Blvd, near the Mayo Clinic, and close to Atlantic Beach. This makes it easy access to restaurants, shopping centers, the beach and intercoastal waterway and grocery stores.
