Stayed May 2, 2025In my opinion too many rules like stripping the beds and loading the dishwasher. I paid a lot on fees including cleaning for me to do everything.

Stayed Dec 23, 2024We were close to shopping, dining, and family! The spacious house gave us to have our own bedrooms and the kitchen was equipped for us to cook a large Christmas dinner. Very clean and we enjoyed it.

Stayed Dec 13, 2024We had great communication with the owner about any questions we had, it was great for our senior and partially disabled members, lots of room and privacy. Very quiet neighborhood, and close to the graduation of my granddaughter.

Stayed Apr 4, 2024This house is tired and not well maintained. The most glaring example is the kitchen sink drains directly onto the front garden, creating a grey water pool. Same with the dishwasher. Not code and not cool. The showers have very slow drains, so you are standing in a couple of inches of soapy water when finished. One shower mixer is incorrectly installed and delivers hot or cold, not mixed or warm. One bathroom door cannot be closed shut.On the other hand, the yard is large, the neighborhood is quiet and very well located for shopping and restaurants (driving, not walking), the house itself has generous sized rooms and the air conditioner worked.Not recommended. My first Evolve experience.

Stayed Feb 9, 2024We were there to celebrate our youngest turning 21! We booked this place because we wanted a place that was located in the middle of the places we wanted to visit over the course of the weekend. It was spacious, comfortable and in a very nice neighborhood. We had no issues getting Ubers to any place we visited for a reasonable fare. The only negative i can say, is about the shower faucets. even though it is mentioned in the pre-check comments, I was the only one in our group that had no issues with the water Hot/Cold situation. other than that, I would happily book again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969One of the bedroom doors sticks so it is difficult to leave the bedroom from the inside.
