I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is lovely and could use a little updating.The vacuum cleaner needs a new bag, the trees/weeds exiting the property on the right needs to be trimmed, it's hard to see on coming cards, and the gutter needs to cleaned. But I would recommend this place, it was nice to be close to town.

Stayed Aug 17, 2024Loved the location, yard, Newley painted trim& walls . Very spacious rooms. Furnishings tired , deck new however chairs could use matching cushions . Twin beds old and very noisy should be replaced . Loved the TV’s . Kitchen fully stocked with cooking needs . May stay 2 weeks next year if suggested changes are made ..

Stayed Aug 3, 2024The House is located in between the 2 main beaches of Orleans. We went to both of them by Bike with the familly. The hous is well equiped but appliances are quite old, but worked well. The basement was the only negative point, a lot of spiders, insects and webs...

It was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more. My family enjoyed the outdoor shower and porch. The location of the house made going to the beach, shop, dine, and watch the sunset just minutes away (or walk/bike). The only recommendation we would make is to have a gas grill instead of electric.

The location is great...just a few minutes drive or bike to Skaket Beach and ten minutes to Nauset.

Had central air but the upstairs always stays warm. Also it felt like the air conditioning was being controlled offsite. We would put the air conditioning temperature down and we get back and it would be hot again
