We absolutely loved her stay, the place is beautiful and well-kept, and there was a nice little gray cat that greeted us when we first arrived, and was very friendly. We didn’t stay long, but we would’ve loved to stay longer.

The host was not very responsive. There was a winter weather advisory and we needed to reschedule our trip. We asked to change the date and they refused. We went anyways and everything in the area was closed. The bed in the master bedroom is incredibly firm. The oven had food crusted to the bottom of it so when we went to heat up our food it became so smoky the fire alarm went off. The hot tub was really fun. Once we got over the company’s poor communication we enjoyed our stay. They plowed the driveway. There were many wineries in the area. Steverhill winery was so much fun we paired wine with chocolates.

Hot tub and bed in particular were great. It looks a little industrial from the outside but was great on the inside. Would definitely recommend.

We missed this rather grungy property twice. It’s located next door to a rural bar and you will have “someone” sharing a wall and living next to you on the property. Never saw them. I’m allergic to cats and the one that was on the front step wouldn’t leave us alone and was killing/playing with mice and moles. There were about 6 rat/mouse traps across front of building including having to step around one to enter the front door. Once inside we found numerous large thick spiders on the floors and went about getting rid of them. Brought our stuff in and spiders kept appearing on the floor so we didn’t even unpack. Went to dinner and decided there was no way we would even be able to sleep. At #18 we stopped counting the spiders. Place was clean - but mouse/ spider infestation was apparent. We went to dinner then came home to more spiders and packed the car and drove home. So disappointing and NO full refund. I wouldn’t recommend this to ANYONE! Pictures and description are deceiving. I will not be staying at any more vacasa properties. Ever. Wish I’d taken photos but was busy keeping pests out of my luggage and killing spiders. Just awful experience.

We stayed a week and found our lodging very comfortable and quiet. We loved having llamas outside and listening to the bullfrogs in the pond serenade us. The sky is dark enough for star-gazing and firefly shows. We filled our days visiting visiting Letchworth Park (astonishing!), Watkins Glen gorge walk, Seneca Falls Falls Women's Museums, Corning Museum of Glass, and multiple other local lake-side lounges and falls. Our only regret is how early the local vineyards close, because we weren't done with our outdoor fun in time to enjoy them. We would recommend this rental for anyone who wants to have a lovely base camp.

Everything was great. Check-in was easy and the place was clean. It was a great location for checking out the wineries. The hot tub was a terrific addition to the stay after hiking and vineyard hopping all day.

We had a great time staying at this home in the Branchport area. It was remote and private, yet not too far to explore the area and several wineries over the weekend. There were several dead flies scattered throughout the home upon arrival, however, the home is located on a working farm and we are just coming off of a warm stretch of weather. The amenities were nice (hot tub, fireplace, spacious rooms and bathroom), however felt the kitchen (cabinets) could use some updating compared to other fixtures throughout the home. All in all, we had an enjoyable time and would definitely consider staying at this rental again in the future.

We enjoyed the amenities the property offered and the location was great to visit the majority of the lakes. Only down side is local restaurants are far and few between. The folder in the room with a list of restaurants needs to be updated, several that are listed are closed permanently.

Stayed for wedding in Penn Yan, which is about 15 minutes away. Very clean, good amenities and comfortable couch and seating with large TV in living room. Two bedrooms, king bed in main bedroom is very, very firm. Good size bathroom with two sinks. Worked out nicely for us.

We had a great time at this place. Clean, very nice beds and furniture. Everything was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. The only issue was we tried contacting a contact person as stated in the guest rules book. Our question was never answered, we figured it out on our own...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Just far enough outside of the hustle and bustle of the wine tour. Quiet area, comfy bed, cozy hot tub - this really felt like the best place to stay. Would definitely book this space again.

Very peaceful. Fun to watch farm animals. Very clean. Great shower. Master bed was way too soft. The other bed was fine. Enjoyed our stay very much. Would consider going back again.
