Charming Resort in the Heart of Bemus Village on CHQ Lake

This property was so charming and in the most beautiful location. The house was perfect for my large family and provided so much space for us. Everything was immaculate from top to bottom, and we felt so comfortable there. We didn't want to leave because we felt like we were at home. The house has so many options nearby to just take a short stroll up the block and everything is just right there. It was the perfect getaway, and we would definitely like to return. The property owners added some nice touches to our stay, and they are very accommodating as well. It is well worth a stay!!!

The house is well equipped, clean and kept up to date. Prime location to all entertainment and food. Many extra touches!

My family and I were in town for my niece's wedding. Nine of us stayed together in your beautiful home and had plenty of room. The gorgeous old woodwork throughout was a treat! Our favorite was the old door ringer on the front porch door! The king size bed was the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. We walked around town each day for ice cream, shopping and getting a bite to eat. Wonderful!!!!!!! We would try to book this place right away if we're ever coming to the area again!

Clean house and bedrooms. Spacious. Large lot. Located in quaint village setting. Nice large front and side porches. Host was responsive and listing was accurate.

Close to all the fun in Bemus Point. We had great weather and enjoyed all the amenities. Check in /out was easy.

Loved the porch and interior. Entry was a little confusing due to multiple keypads. K cup machine didn't work. Otherwise, it was a very nice and clean place

everything was great until we found a cockroach in the down stairs bedroom, it was only one, but no one would sleep in that room

From beginning to end the stay was perfect. The location was perfect, with the house being near all of the shops and restaurants while also being quiet. The bedding being in bags on arrival was great, as it provides peace of mind that the beds are fresh. The house, especially the kitchen, was more spacious than the pictures made it look. Our family (including 3 kids under 5) will definitely stay at this house again when we inevitably return to Bemus Point.

This is a great property in a perfect location. We enjoyed both people watching on the front porch and rocking on the side porch in comfortable chairs looking out on a large grassy area. The kitchen is large and well stocked and plenty of dining seating options. There are walkable restaurants and shops across and down the street. This home provided everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. If you are someone with mobility issues there is one downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Spaces are open and level. Secure handrails are on the stairs from the driveway to the door and on the stairs to the second floor. Bathrooms have safety handles.

Property was well maintained and in a great location. Communication was good and owners definitely care for the place. Just a few suggestions. Please let folks know what they should bring when traveling i.e., shampoo, soap, laundry detergent etc.. my lesson learn is to ask up front to better prepare. I know this unit must of had a bad experience but disabling the couch loungers made for really uncomfortable sitting in the living room. Paid a lot of should include all the amenities. Overall very satisfied with our stay, we love Bemus and will be back next year. Thanks Debra!!

This property was amazing! Plenty of space, very clean, and within walking distance of shops and restaurants in Bemus Point and also very close to the lake. The property has an excellent layout, wonderful side and front porches, and is kid friendly. I would highly recommend and we will be staying there again in the future!

This was a girls weekend to celebrate my daughter’s 40th birthday. This house was perfect for our needs. Big enough for us to all have our own rooms and a beautiful kitchen and living room to be together. The host was easy to get in touch with and very nice to answer all our questions. Conveniently located to what we wanted to do and see. Beautiful house! You won’t be disappointed!!!

My family and I were so impressed with this house. The accommodations and location are some of the best at Chautauqua Lake. The house was big enough that my family was able to spread out and feel comfortable. The kitchen is the perfect spot for entertainment and so big that we were able to cook dinners easily. Communication with the owner was perfect. There was one problem that we had when we arrived there were no trash bags and the owner had it fixed quickly. The only feedback I would give is to have the beds made on arrival. It was an expectation of the guests to make their own bed, which typically is something we expect of any place we book on VRBO. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and we would 100% come back again!

Great people and an unbelievable house!

Somewhat annual get together with former high school classmates, friends and family. We like to be able to walk to the shops and restaurants and play games at the dining room table.

This was the perfect resort for our friends reunion. We enjoyed visiting Jamestown with Lucy and Desi Museum and Comedy center. And we had a perfect fall day to visit Chautauqua Institution, Peak N peak and Findlay Lake. It was a great location for nearby restaurants and s walk around Bemus Point. The hosts thought of many niceties which made our stay so special.

We had a wonderful time in Bemus Point over the weekend, this rental property had a lot to do with it! Great place to stay and very accommodating property!

Beautiful five bedroom with large fully stocked kitchen. House sits in the middle of main street with large front porch. There was a fall festival going on and we where able to just walk out our door and enjoy. Also very walkable to all shops and restaurants.
