We rent a charming architect Provencal style house decorated in a contemporary way. Located in a nice gated residence near the hills of Pagnol, 15 minutes from the center of Marseille and the creeks of Cassis, 30 minutes from Aix-en-Provence, you can easily enjoy the many tourism opportunities in the region.
The house is ideally poolside sunshine from morning to evening. The shaded terrace will be nice to have an aperitif. A second terrace kitchen side enjoying a pleasant coolness you canenjoy the barbecue and share friendly moments.

The house has spacious rooms with high ceilings. In RDC, a big living room and entirely new opened kitchen on a nice surface of 65m2 will accomodate you. On the floor, 2 nice rooms, 1 bathroom and 1 room of shower. Halfway up you will access a studio with independent bathroom. There is 1 WC upstairs and on the ground floor.
Close to shops and the commercial center of La Valentine located 5min by car, you will also find a cinema complex, numerous restaurants and golf courses of La Salette and Allauch.
