Stayed Jul 31, 2025Place was just as the pictures show. Was perfect for my daughter and I to explore Tacoma and Seattle. The owner was even kind enough to offer us guidance in how to use the light rail. It does have AC but it's one window unit. It was perfectly adequate for us, but it was only in the low 80s and it was just 2 o

Stayed Aug 6, 2025It was perfect location to walk to the markets and UPS campus. Quiet though on the corner of what appeared to be two well travelled streets. We enjoyed our stay! No issues with ANY parts of the booking, check-in or check out. Very close to downtown Tacoma and restaurants as well as hiking trails on the point.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025Nice location. Further away than expected with drive times and construction during our event. Check in should say, parking and use the back door.Driveway is very steep with a sharp angle. Van scraped front and back which was very irritating and damaging to our vehicle. We have a challenging driveway at home but no angle care and slow speed could prevent the front and the back scraped more when we were all in the car. This should be addressed as the parking area was nice to be off the street.

Stayed Feb 20, 2025We came to Tacoma for the state wrestling championship. The home was just right for our needs and easy to get to. Well appointed kitchen set up, beds and bathroom were simple and met our needs. There was a deer in the yard our first morning.
