Charming Port Royal Townhouse - 2 Miles From Parris Island

very cute, quaint and quiet. So close to the base!! 5 minute drive. It was perfect for our needs. Priced very fairly, too. I have already recommended it to another family!

Really clean house

The property had an unforseen maintenance issue that was promptly handled by the host. However, when we asked that the host be present at the property while the contractors were there, she seemed annoyed and inconvenienced. We ultimately ended up leaving the contractors there while we went to MCRD to visit our new Marine after the ceiling fell in. Some kind of pest came in from the attic (possibly) and bit me up during the second night. I awoke with several bug bites. The last night she also wanted us to bring the patio furniture into the cozy living room to accommodate her power washing schedule. The last straw was when she changed the lock code prior to our 11pm check out time even when we left a vehicle there. We had no where to use the restroom or change clothes after Marine Corps graduation before a 12 hr road trip. Would not recommend this host in particular.

We loved this condo & stayed in April, 2022 for a Marine Graduation. Loved the area, walking to Fishcamp Restaurant and the Cypress Wetlands Boardwalk just across the road. Very cute historic center and minutes to Parris Island gate. The condo was very comfortable, with fully equipped kitchen and modern comfortable furniture. The two beds were very comfy. We had our new Marine stay in the second bedroom on Grad Day. Nice little porch to sit outside and look at the Spanish Moss on the trees. Would recommend.

Beds are super comfy, neighbor is super sweet and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

The location was good, and closed to where I needed to go. However, the place looked outdated and dirty, also the fan in one of the bedrooms was broken and made a horrible noise, as well as the heat vent made a constant noise while it was on. Do to the noise of the vent and the fact that the pillows and sheets were dirty I was not able to sleep for two nights straight. I had rented the place for 3 nights but could not stayed there another night. The placed look so nice in the pictures and at first look, but once you turn on the lights and walk around the placed was not cleaned well I was not able to used much from there as was grossed and was constantly cleaning everything before touching. To top it off the next morning we found cockroaches crawling around on the kitchen counter top. Not a pleasant experienced. the located was great, but the place was not. I wish I could had write a better review on this place, but unfortunately didn't had a good experience.

We have stayed at the property several times. The house is always clean and in great condition. The neighborhood is beautiful.

Clean and comfortable for a weekend trip to the area. Walking distance to coffee shop, quaint restaurants and nature trail. Also easy walkable distance to the ‘sands’. Provided peaceful retreat as we moved a family member locally. Thank you for making this condo available!

The location was perfect very close to parris island It fitted 5 people just fine ...** only complaint ** . The house was not cleaned before our arrival there was other peoples belongings left under our beds all of them including the couch..., there was dirt and debris all over the floor and carpets you can tell it wasn't swept. We also found roofing nails laying outside the front door of the porch area.

Nicely decorated … Pros were first floor powder room, great kitchen, large bedrooms! Cons were the front porch needs cleaning and new furniture so it can be enjoyed. Parking is tight in the back but very convenient. Super location!

We came down to help our daughter’s family with their move to parris island and we got to have our three granddaughters at the house while mom and dad met the movers on base and got the girls rooms set up. It is close to things to do for all ages. Will definitely stay there again.

Rented this place for my son’s graduation from Marine bootcamp. Perfect location to get to base early. Was able to walk to a great dinner at Madison’s. Tina was very accommodating. Definitely recommend
