Charming Petoskey Grove Home - minutes to Gaslight District, Bayfront parks

Home was amazing. Absolutely perfect location. Moments to downtown. The only downside was one bedroom downstairs, and the other two bedroom were up a very very very steep flight of stairs, that wouldn’t be good for anyone with limitations. However…:: less time is spent in the bedroom on vacation! The company was super accommodating. Highly recommend

Needs new couch. Deck could be replaced and little power washing of front deck would be great improvements or make curb appeal much better. Upstairs is definitely for the younger people since steps are so steep and ceiling so low. Could use some updated pots and pans many seem to look as if Teflon is gone on them Enjoyed fenced in yard was great for dogs. Greay location to downtown Petoskey.

This property was very nice and so close to everything Petoskey. It was very comfortable and had a great family/tv room to relax. When we arrived there was a welcome bag full of goodies and information of the area. We would rent here again!!

We have rented a lot of vacations rentals over the years. This is one of our favorites by far. Clean, spacious and walkable to town. Loved it!!

Great weekend with friends. Location is amazing - walking distance to downtown and the park I would state that the upstairs has very low ceilings and the stairs to the upstairs are very steep. Would not recommend for tall or elderly people. The backyard is also slanted which made it tough for yard games but it’s a big fenced in yard that we enjoyed hanging out in. The downstairs is very spacious and had plenty of room for all of us to hangout. Definitely would recommend

Cute and well maintained. The stairs are steep and the steps themselves are tiny, use with caution! Also the ceilings upstairs are certainly not for tall people. Good location, quiet neighborhood, very close to downtown. Backyard is on a serious slant. Bathroom looks newly remodeled and the shower was great.

A very short walk to downtown Petoskey and all of the great shops and restaurants! Lots of towels, paper towels, toilet paper for the 6 of us which was convenient! Very roomy house and the backyard is big enough to throw a football, play catch, etc. The firepit is an excellent addition. The management company is extremely friendly. I also met both next-door neighbors who were also friendly and gave me great advice on what to do in the area. Do not hesitate to book this house.

Strong musty smell coming from the basement prevented us from staying in the house. The property management company attempted to resolve the issue with a new dehumidifier and air purification machines, but it didn't work. Had to fight to get a refund. We were stranded in Petoskey during a very busy weekend. The management company had no other houses available and REFUSED to pay the difference in charges to book three hotel rooms for the duration. We had to cut our stay short because we didn't have an extra $2,000. They ruined our family vacation. Completely irresponsible!!!!
