Charming pet-friendly suite in the heart of historic Apalachicola

Super cute place. Host was great and great location downtown. I would just take the suggestion to have a few waters for the guests in the fridge. Getting back to the room in the evening most stores and restaurants were closed to pick up some waters. But very cool place.

Loved location. Lots of space in 3 room suite. Ease of check in. Lighting was bright at night coming through glass panes from hallway ceiling lights. Lighting in living area could be improved. Light on wall was extremely bright when sitting on couch. Shower stall was filled with soot on walls and floor. Could improve cleanliness of large rug in bathroom. Comfortable bed and AC units. Quiet surroundings. We appreciate the opportunity to stay only one night. Thanks for everything. Hope these suggestions help.

Loved the location and the charm and spaciousness of the suite

The location truly couldn’t have been better literally steps away from everything you could want to see, do, eat, or explore in town. It made our entire trip effortless and enjoyable.The place was extremely clean, very comfortable, and well cared for. Everything worked exactly as it should, and it felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. You can tell the hosts take pride in providing a great experience.Speaking of the hosts communication was flawless from start to finish. Clear, timely, and friendly, which made everything go smoothly and exactly as planned.Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. This place is a gem, and we will absolutely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect Apalachicola getaway!

Great stay! Grabbed this charming apartment for a birthday getaway weekend for my wife. Right in the heart of Apalachicola near all the major restaurants and shops. When we arrived, we found a clean, 3-room apartment with Keurig machine, microwave, and small fridge already there. Apartment was very comfortable and cool with mini-split air conditioning in each room. Bathrooms were very clean. Ron, the host, was great! Very responsive and communicative, I asked for a special request to have wine and flowers set up for my wife when we arrived, and Ron was more than happy to help make that happen. Ron also gave us a heads-up of a temporary water issue in town before we arrived. Overall I highly recommend this property for your next stay in historic Apalachicola.

Suite was cute and clean. Perfect location for a couple or girls' trip to Appalachicola.

We went for just one night to see the fireworks. Location was great central to everything and the fireworks were spectacular. We’ll be back.

We had a great stay! The location is excellent—walking distance to everything. The bed was super comfortable, and the place had everything we could ask for. It was perfect for us and our dogs. Highly recommend.

Ron was very accommodating and was always quick to respond. This VRBO is conveniently nestled downtown. You walk out and go around the corner for great coffee and baked goods, and the opposite corner offers good spirits and evening entertainment. Everything was walkable. We were safe and comfortable. The whole family loved it. The suite is older, so don’t expect hotel quality cleanliness. Old wood floors can only get so clean. Despite some of the rustic features, it’s quite clean. The AC unit was a little tricky and may need some maintenance, but we were able to get everything cool enough to be comfortable. My family and I, including our dog , enjoyed our stay and we would definitely go back!!

The bed was very comfortable. Check-in was easy and clear. The place was very clean overall. The smell of the sulfur water does smell up the bathroom. However, we didn't mind. Great location walking distance to everything you need in the town.
