Charming, Peaceful and Newly Renovated 2 Bedroom Cottage!

Very nice kitchen. Quiet safe neighborhood of several homes hidden behind trees off a busy street. We found it very difficult to find even with GPS especially at night. Host is easy to reach, kind and very helpful.

Great overall experience. Recommend bring extra towels. Would have liked to have a smart TV to watch movies but we did have cable which was nice so we could watch the NBA finals Host was always available for questions. Thank you cozy cottage for making our stay enjoyable

The cozy cottage was great. Just as described and the location was excellent. Close enough to everything!

The house was fine for the 4 of us for 3 nights. It was located great for eating out, stores and sightseeing.The bedrooms were smaller than expected.Several light bulbs were burned out or missing including the bedroom closet and above the kitchen sink.

The cottage was very clean, well stocked, and overall an extremely nice place to stay.

Cute cottage! Very quiet. Nice patio with seating for two out the front door. Big kitchen. Close to everything we wanted like hiking Cheyenne Canyon, visiting the Zoo, long walks with our dog through Broadmoor neighborhoods off of Lake Avenue to admire the architecture, and just relaxing and binge watching new TV series. Ivywild Food Hall is not to be missed. Safeway grocery store was super close. We would absolutely visit again!

Check in was easy. There was dog waste still left in the backyard that we had to pick up. Had a horrible smell inside. The water to the shower was backwards. I went into the kitchen at midnight to get a drink and when I turned the light on a mouse was on the stove. He crawled up into the vent of the stove. Thankfully that was our last night there. We will not be staying there ever again.

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Cozy Cottage. The location is great and close to many activities in Colorado Springs. The house itself is well-stocked and the owners are very welcoming and responsive. The only drawback is that we experienced a strong musty smell upon arriving that was unexpected and partially detracted from the overall charm of the place.

The Cozy Cottage was perfect for our long weekend in the Springs! Checking in and out was a breeze, the owners provided plenty of information on the property so there were no surprises when we arrived. The house was recently renovated and extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, grilling, and baking. We really enjoyed the location, only a few minutes from downtown, and about 15 minutes from Manitou Springs. The neighborhood was very quiet with lots of mature trees. Our pup loved the little backyard and it was a peaceful place for us humans to relax too. We would definitely book this location again!

The house was just as described and perfect for our trip. The hosts were excellent. We ran into an issue and they were very prompt to fix it and make everything right for us. We had a lovely vacation.

This is a small cottage perfect for a couple or small family. Great location for restaurants and activities. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is equipped better than most if you want to cook meals. This property also worked well for our dogs. The hosts are very responsive. We had a wonderful stay.

We could not have been happier with our stay. The beds were so comfortable and warm ! The house was very pretty and so clean. Our hosts were so responsive and kind. We will be staying here the next time we go to Colorado Springs. Loved it !!

This property is a great property for large and small groups. We enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood. Very easy to see the sites very close to us--Garden of the Gods, The Broadmore, even Manitou Springs was just a few miles away. Comfortable place with great amenities.

The cozy cottage was as described on the website. The area was quiet and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions. Check in and out were a breeze. However, the cottage had a terrible odor so much that we had to leave the doors open for fresh air and lit candles during the day. The street was also very dark in the evening, so better lighting or a sign for the address would have been helpful.Would recommend to others to stay due to location and amenities, but definitely bring air fresheners.

Cozy and quiet setting. All amenities one would need and immaculate inside. Owner quick to respond when needed, Very centrally located and close to wonderful restraints and all sites. Overall, adorable setting! Could not have asked for a better place and would definately stay there again!
