Charming Old Goodwood Attached Mother-in-law Suite

Great secluded property that offers a quiet peaceful stay.

The place was large enough for us to store all of my daughter’s dorm room furniture until we could move her in. It is located in an upscale, quiet neighborhood so we had no concerns about theft.

Very clean property. Matched exactly what the listing said. Heated bathroom floors were very nice. Kitchen is will equipped as well. Didn’t have any pets but I’m sure they would have had a good time too.

Lovely hosts! We had no intention of using the pool since it’s winter so no surprise it’s being updated. The neighborhood was stunning and great to walk our welcome pup. Neighbors were friendly too! The suburban farm life was pretty cool and not at all loud. Fresh eggs were an unexpected perk. I wish I had had time to cook breakfast at home but my hubs had every meal planned as an opportunity to visit friends. I loved being able to babysit our granddaughters for a night of play and fun.

Very nice place in a great location for getting around to the sights. Hosts were awesome also.

We had an amazing stay! The accommodations for a 15 month old were amazing! The location was prefect close to everything and in an amazing neighborhood. The chickens and goats were lovely and such a fun little perk. The bathroom was 10 out of 10. Everything you would need is there! We will be staying again when we come to Baton Rouge.

Perfect for relaxing after being busy all day visiting the sites. Loved seeing the chickens every morning while we had our coffee on the porch. They also had baby goats while we were there and the fresh eggs are a bonus! We cooked our own breakfast every morning and plenty of restaurants nearby. The bed was also very comfy and good communication with the host. Would definitely stay there again if in Baton Rouge.

We had a wonderful stay! It was close to everything we needed and was clean and cozy! The TVs, kitchen amenities, and heated bathroom floors were all amazing!

Clean, quiet attached apartment space close to everything, including a park that was great for walking the dogs. Home was without stairs which was perfect for us. Have to mention the heated tile floor in bathroom which was a treat I wasn’t expecting! The roaming chickens were cute except when they pooped on the welcome mat, but free eggs for breakfast made up nicely

We enjoy this stay and will be returning soon! Nice, quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and LSU!

We enjoyed our stay! Large place, quiet. The private lanai is a plus. Comfy couch, nice furnishings…bed is amazing, well appointed kitchen and coffee bar. Shower was roomy and equipped well. Owner is responsive to any questions or comments. Can’t wait to to be back!

The host Elizabeth and her husband was absolutely wonderful. She even provided fresh eggs from her own chickens. The facility had every thing you could want. Beautifully decorated, very spacious. I am handicapped and there is a beautiful walk in shower and a great bed that articulates. The very best VRBO we have stayed in.
