Stayed Jun 13, 2026This is actually my favorite VRBO property I’ve ever stayed in. Every bedroom, bathroom, and living space was exactly as shown in the photos or even cuter. Perfectly clean. Perfect communication before, during, after. And we were blown away by the extras like Native shampoo, Meyer hand soap… The entire group can’t wait to stay again and make it a special Palmer Lake tradition. Thank you!

Stayed Dec 29, 2025The house was beautiful and cozy… but we couldn’t get the actual coffee maker to work lol probably user error. And wish there was a fenced in yard for the dogs but we made it work!

Stayed Jun 27, 202512 of us meet up for a little friend reunion. We loved the house, great layout for gatherings. Kitchen was so stocked with everything from serving bowls & a blender to 16 sets of plates & etc. We enjoyed the deck a lot and everyone slept well. We were walking distance to the lake & trails. We will be back. The only upgrade missing as AC. That was the only limitation, but the owner has lil chillers on both floors and fans.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025We enjoyed our stay so much. The host was very responsive, providing a crock pot, fishing poles, etc. we loved the recreation area with pickle ball, hiking, disc golf and more. The beds were very comfy and we had lots of room to spread out and hang out.Check in and out process was easy peasy!Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed May 9, 2025We held a 24 hour retreat for a group of 10 women, and this stylish and spacious home was perfect! It’s bigger than it looks in the photos and the attention to detail was impeccable. Everything was clean and curated. It felt very thoughtfully put together and we had everything we needed to cook large meals. Anthony went above and beyond to accurate our arrival and departure times, and checked in to see how we were via the app. Great communication in the booking process as I was working out of the space would be right for us. We did a beautiful hike up to the Upper Reservoir and loved the lake views from the patio. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Stayed Mar 13, 2025This place is in an AMAZING location. Deer posted up right near the patio in the evening and early morning. The space is so great and really is like having 2 homes in one rental. Looking for a spot for a big group near the lake- this is your house!

Stayed Oct 4, 2024The night before my wedding, I stayed with my bridal party here, and this house made it perfect. There was plenty of space, comfy beds, and lovely decor. Anthony was incredibly accommodating and responsive. This property is walkable to all the restaurants, shops, and the lake. Thank you so much! :)
