Charming Midtown Retreat w/ private yard

Great location, very very clean, were in our late 60`s, couldn`t figure out how to get local channels for the news, some of the sockets didn`t work. Be a great place for younger folks' close but quiet and located close to everything, parking was fine.

Second time using property while I visited my son in neighborhood. Only complaint and same as last time, few usable electric outlets. Kitchen and bathroom are fine but others loose and plugs fall out. They badly need reworking. Kitchen very nice overall. Felt very safe while staying there. Will use again bringing my extension chords.

The place where we love to stay this two days, was warm, clean, and safe. We treated this place as my own home, kept clean before we left. If you can update the restroom facilities as the uncomfortable smell from vent-pipe. Besides that, all things are well.

Enjoyed the stay. Would not hesitate to stay again if we need to.

Comfy and secure

Delightful mid-town location with much in walking distance. Convenient to my son’s house so will use again. Had everything I needed. Pretty, comfortable, safe.

Very clean little house. The neighborhood seemed safe. Only stayed 1 night. It had everything we needed for our short stay. It has one queen size bed and a futon. The futon was okay for over night but for more than one adult it would be very uncomfortable. It would probably be fine for a couple of kids. Overall it is a nice little place.

We loved how centrally located the place was and Mike was great at making sure everything was great. Thank you for making our stay great!

The home is definitely charming! Very nice stay. It was clean, had modern appliances, stocked with nice extras, and easy to check in/check out. Convenient parking, and the fenced yard was great for the pups. Would highly recommend!

We stayed here while touring UNR with our son. Great location, super clean, hosts were helpful and everything we needed.

Had a great stay while seeing a show at GSR. Stayed an extra night and got to explore mid town. Easily walkable! The place is great with a spacious interior and a really nice yard.

We stayed at this property for a week while visiting family. The location is great as there are lots of shops and restaurants around, the neighborhood was lovely, and the the host was very responsive. The house is cute and had most of the amenities we were looking for. However, if you plan on staying in at all...the furniture is NOT comfortable at all. In fact it is terribly uncomfortable. It makes for a rough stay if more than a couple days. Thank goodness the bed was comfortable.It has a nice outside area to hang out in, but there is a cornhole game that shows in the photos that was not there, and lots of weeds in the front and back. Not a deal breaker, but something to address and/or remove from the photos.(we were looking forward to playing cornhole)If you don't mind uncomfortable furniture and like a good location, this house is for you. Unfortunately for us, comfort is everything.

The streaming wasn’t great in the living area and it was very hot in the bedroom so we had to keep the door open. Otherwise, it was great!

We had a great three-night stay at this VRBO in Reno! The place was spotless—super clean and well-maintained, which made it feel really comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we needed, with great restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment just minutes away. Check-in was easy, communication with the host was smooth, and everything was exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Reno! It was perfect for my daughter and I.

I love staying here, it’s my third year. The place is perfectly located, close to everything. Mount Rose is just 40mns away. Sparkling clean & very affordable. I’ll be back.

We stayed in Reno for three nights while visiting family. The location and accommodations of this Vrbo were perfect. Close to downtown and also close to the family we were visiting. It was clean and comfortable - we will definitely stay there again when the occasion arises. A bonus that the unit has a washer and dryer!

This listing was. Wry accurate and there was a binder with very detailed I formation. The hosts were very responsive and it was an easy check in and check out process.

It took a little extra effort to find the address in the alley, but was worth it. Once we found it, returing after a day away was easy. It was in a good neighborhood. It was clean and well maintained. It had all the appliances, cookware, dishes, etc that we needed. The full sized fridge had a filtered water pitcher. There was information about things to do that was helpful. The hosts emailed us during our stay to make sure everything was satisfactory. We would stay there again.

This was our 2nd stay at this rental and definitely not our last. There are thoughtful amenities for travelers & the location is within walking distance to restaurants & shops. Looking forward to our next stay, our 3-peat!!
