Charming Mid-Century Craftsman ~ Hot Tub/Serene Yd

Really lovely little bungalow. Was perfect for a long weekend in San Diego with my husband and 3 year old. The place is super clean and has all the basic necessities. The outdoor space was a really nice place to lounge after a full day at the zoo and beach. Tasha was extremely communicative and made sure we had everytbing we needed for our stay. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyable stay at the property. Easy walking to bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Neighbourhood felt safe when walking at night. House was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy to travel to Downtown and other areas both by car and the bus. Tasha the host communicated with us all through the lead up to our stay and was informative about the area. Thanks for a great stay, we enjoyed our anniversary trip enormously

Tasha quickly responded to any questions we had prior to our stay. It felt like a home away from home and the location was walkable to many of our favorite north park spots.

This was a super cute, comfortable place to stay. The kitchen was well equipped and even provided some staples for cooking. The fenced in yard was perfect for our 2 dogs, and the neighborhood was nice to walk them as well. We will definitely be back on our next trip to San Diego.

The house is what we in the Northeast imagine when we think about SoCal. Wonderful location in North Park, the privacy fence is a game changer for resting with the family in the warm San Diego sun.

My family and I loved our stay here. Check-in and communication with Tasha was a breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed the enclosed yard, jacuzzi, and close proximity to numerous restaurants and cafes.

This property was JUST as advertised. Absolutely adorable, pristine and perfect! The communication with the property manager was beyond great, very responsive. We will definitely be staying here again when we come to visit our son.

I can't say enough good things about this property; my family has stayed here a few times. This house is just so lovely and in a great location for really enjoying all that North Park has to offer. There's a really nice kitchen and living/dining area plus two cozy bedrooms. The bathroom is lovely, too—very spacious. The outdoor space is just stellar—perfect for lounging and dining/gathering. The hot tub is just lovely on chilly evenings and in the early AM, too. Overall, this house is well stocked. Good kitchen supplies. Plenty of dishes and glasses, plenty of towels. The house is also super clean. Tasha is a terrific host—very responsive and kind. We've stayed here multiple times and love it and consider it our San Diego spot for being with our CA family. We're looking forward to our next stay.

Perfect central location and quiet neighborhood for a family trip to SD. House was clean and well kept, and super communication with the host.

This house is wonderful and the host is extremely responsive to questions or concerns. The location is perfect for exploring anywhere in San Diego (easy on/off for several freeways not far away (although far enough not to hear freeway noise)- walkable to restaurants, large grocery store (Vons), breweries, and numerous take out places. It is super comfortable with a smart TV that allows you to access your own streaming service, nice washer and dryer, wonderful shower (on demand hot water at a good water pressure), and very quiet and felt very safe. The beds were super comfortable with nice linens. The host has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable! I would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here! Great location- super close to beaches, Sea World, Zoo, delicious restaurants, and more. The property manager was very responsive and welcoming. The property is stocked with everything you would need during the stay. Our two kids and us parents were very comfortable with our sleeping arrangements and the outside area was nice too. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed here 6 nights while moving our daughter here from Santa Barbara. The home was furnished perfectly, and the host had every amenity imaginable. Soaking in the hot tub in the evenings was also a bonus! I’d highly recommend! 10/10

This property provided the ideal vacation spot for the four of us. The home is super clean, well-appointed and perfectly located for all things North Park including the zoo and Balboa Park. We walked to everything and enjoyed the friendly neighborhood and diverse dining options immensely. The owner is super responsive and friendly. We look forward to staying here again soon!

Cozy home with a beautiful patio and hot tub. Tasha is a wonderful host - super responsive and friendly. Very comfortable beds, great linens, excellent walk in shower with lots of space and good water pressure, fully stocked kitchen with island. Walk in closet provided plenty of space for unpacking and storing luggage. Spacious driveway parking with gate for privacy. We had 4 people, and it was just enough space for us for 8 days. It is a little bit smaller than the pics, but the outside space more than made up for that. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a lovely stay in this comfortable space. Walkable to fun dining and local shopping in North Park.

Very clean, comfortably remodeled cottage with a spacious deck. There is also a tall wood fence with gates around the front yard, driveway and our vehicle, and made us feel secure. The two of us and our small dog enjoyed relaxing on our 3 evenings there, and appreciated being able to walk to Von's market and cafes. The cottage is also convenient for driving the mile or so to Balboa Park and the SD Zoo. Tasha was very prompt and helpful with a few questions we had.

We had a wonderful time. The place was very clean and we loved the hot tub. The host was very responsive and organized. Short walk to all the action on Boulevard. We’d definitely stay here again!
