Charming Michigan City Cottage

The cottage was clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. Everything we needed was provided: from kitchen and cooking supplies to beach chairs and coolers. We enjoyed our stay greatly.

This beach house was a perfect fit for me, my 3 teen/adult children, and my dog. Check-in was as simple as making a phone call to the owner to let her know we had arrived a bit early, but she was very accommodating. We loved that the beach and zoo were all within walking distance from the house, and we even ventured further and walked to the lighthouse museum. Kitchen had plenty of coffee so I could spend my mornings relaxing in this comfy cottage. It was a very hot weekend, but air conditioning worked great! It was a wonderful weekend!

Super cute cottage which was perfect for our quick gamily getaway from the city! Close to beach, pet friendly, and home has everything you’d need. Host Jamie was super responsive and friendly!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean and comfy! Perfect location for walking to the beach. Communication with the manager was great, answered every question, helped with anything we needed! Highly recommend, will definitely book again in the future.

Very clean, felt like home! The property had plenty of items avaliable for use, more than any other place i've stayed. We explored the beach, the pier, & the zoo. My kids absolutely lovrd it also! Theres a nice back patio, we had a BBQ and enjoyed the table firepit. This will definitely be our beach stay away from home from now on!! Easy walk to the beach was my favorite! Thank you so much!!!

The cottage is adorable. It offers all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Jamie is very responsive to questions and even had a broom & dust pan delivered to the door when I asked about having something to sweep up sand.It is a short walk to the beach and a short drive for eating & shopping. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay and would return again. My 1 suggestion is to add a ceiling fan to the bedroom ceiling. Menopausal women like myself would appreciate the extra air circulation while trying to sleep. LOL

We really enjoyed the cottage. The location is perfect for beach, restaurants and activities. It is clean and well stocked with everything you need for a beach day. The bathroom was updated with very nice fixtures. It is located in the main floor bedroom. The patio is large and has a table for 6 with additional chairs. The A/C was very comfortable and worked great.

This adorable little bungalow is so close to the beach, it felt like we were in Hawaii without the prices. Wonderful location and adorable cottage everything we needed for the beach and we even enjoyed some local restaurants.

This is our third summer staying at this cottage and it is always clean and well maintained. The location is great being just a few blocks from the lake, close to the zoo and close to restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and very family friendly. This is a great spot for a family.
