Stayed Jul 22, 2023We booked this whole house (as per description at vrbo) for 2 weeks. When we arrived we found a beautiful house very close to the beach. To our surprise we found other families already stayed in the house at the upper level, and we ended up at the bottom floor, just below street level. Our complaint has not been taken seriously at all, not by vrbo (no response, they even hang up the phone) and not by the owner. The description of the house has now been updated by vrbo and now states it is a shared house, nice for new bookings, but does not help us at all. This was a nice location for a holiday, but a bad experience as booked a house and landed in a cellar.
