Stayed Sep 16, 2025From the entrance to the exit, this charming Gingham Goose Lakeview Cottage was covered from head to toe in character for the season. From the geese that fly overhead to the comfy beds; the blackberry scented whip cream hand soap and plush bath towels; a cup of Keurig coffee with a cozy throw blanket curled up on a leather recliner with many choices of a good book; a movie streaming afternoon siesta on the comfy boho couch with pillows; a puzzle moment to put together on the ample table space in the elongated sunroom where you could invite family and friends; top it off by the toasty fire and with patio lights and chairs adds to the omniscience of a peaceful evening. Cooking (kitchen staples), cleaning (washer n dryer), or meeting the needs of your every whim are a possibility at Gingham Goose. Thank you Steven for meeting our every need and sharing your love for comfort and travel.

Stayed Jan 9, 2026Really enjoyed the living room and the views! The fireplace made the space super cozy and the candles were a nice addition. Only issues that I had were the ants in the home. I have the same issue from time to time and I know they are super hard to get rid of. I needed to use the washer but I opened the lid and the washer was full of water and clothes. Outside of those issues I enjoyed the stay!
