Relax in a comfortable cottage at Newland’s Resort & enjoy beautiful Indian Lake under the shade of mature trees or on the warm sunlit grounds! We are a channel front property that comes with a boat dock and have a boat ramp on site. We have campfire rings and grills. We are across the channel from Froggy's, Tilton Hilton, Acheson's, and a short boat ride from Cranberry Resort, The Donut Shop, and several beaches. We're also a short car ride to ice cream and morning specialty coffee

Stayed May 23, 2025John, was accommodating and prompt. Well kept cabin and the launch and dock were a game changer for our spring fishing trip. Froggys was just a 30 sec boat ride from the property. Can't wait to do it again.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024We wanted a quick weekend get-away to do some kayaking and this cabin was perfect. Great location, clean cabin, relaxing time with everything we needed. We rented cabin 2 with the big picnic table in the enclosed porch and it was a great place to study the lake map (provided by host), have our morning coffee, and watch the parade of boat lights after dark. John and Paula even went above and beyond to recommend a great resource when we had car trouble. This place is a great find!
