Really comfortable house, spacious public areas. Updated bathrooms & kitchen area. LOTS of toys for young children, several games & playing cards, a handful of books. Great outdoor spaces - porch, screened porch, fire pit, lakeside deck & dock. Nice shady property.

We rent a house yearly at Badin and this was one of our favorites! Plenty of room and a great outdoor area. Nancy had everything you would need inside and out.
