*This property was exactly what we needed. We had just sold our house, were in between homes, and needed something in the city. The house is 200 feet from Bryan park which was perfect for our toddler, and walkable to several shops/cafes. The kitchenware was fully stocked, and there were plenty of towels. We loved having laundry onsite and the range in the kitchen.*

This property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the front entrance/driveway and the backyard. These are motion activated and can be remotely monitored to ensure a secure and comfortable stay. Additionally, we have a Minut sensor inside the home in the main living area that tracks sound levels and smoke detection but does not record audio. Tampering with the cameras or sensor will result in additional fees.
