Charming Island House - PRIVATE HEATED POOL! Great for birding!

We loved our stay and yes the weather could have been better the first couple days but the heated pool made of for the weather!! We had a great time.Thanks The Hollan family!!

This house was immaculate. Clean rooms, living area, dining area, and kitchen. The pool and deck were awesome. The creek behind the house was peaceful to just sit or stand around. My wife, kids, sister, nieces, and nephew really enjoyed everything about this house. Rented my kids a golf cart to ride around the island and visit the beaches for a day and the price was very reasonable. Never knew Dauphin Island was such a gem and I grew up right on Dauphin Island Parkway. We will definitely be back! Thanks to the host for such a great stay and responding to any questions I had.

This house was perfect for our family with young children. There was plenty of room for us all and they loved the pool. The owners were fantastic as well and very helpful.

The house is beautiful, comfortable and well appointed with all the thoughtful amenities you could hope to have for a family with teens , young children and an infant! The property is in a gorgeous natural setting, and is exceptionally clean and well cared for. Julie is a thoughtful and attentive hostess! We loved every minute of our stay and hope to return!

This home was exactly as advertised. Close to everything this quiet island has to offer. Pool was fantastic! Store room was stocked with everything you could think of from bikes to beach equipment and everything in between! Ample towels, comfy beds and plenty of space for the 8 adults in our group. The homes built in ice maker was the cherry on top for this stay. It was so nice to not have to purchase ice and have plenty on hand for drinks and coolers! 10 out of 10 would recommend this home!

We really enjoyed the porches morning and evening. And, the pool was such a great way to relax! Close to everything and room for our whole family. Perfect for our week in Dauphin Island!

We had a very relaxing family girls vacation and enjoyed it immensely!! The beds were very comfortable and so much space ! Herons nest -dauphin island house was just as described! It was so close to the golf course and restaurants and shops . The house decor was great , and had a wonderful vacation peaceful vibe to it. ALL the extras : games, pool accessories, bikes .. and anything you might need if you forgot to pack . We especially enjoyed the pool and the bird watching was awesome- yes we did get to see the herons and so many other birds !! and also a big plus - the host was quick to respond to any questions .

Nice roomy house with a heated pool and a lot of extras that were very helpful with going to the beach and with little kids.
