It was completely renovated in 2018 and benefits from an enclosed garden of 1000 m2
It is located in the very quiet condominium of the Vieilles Vignes which provides access to 2 quality tennis courts on request. The cycle path passes in front of the house.
Composition: entrance hall with cupboard, fully equipped kitchen, large living room, large covered terrace with barbecue, 2 double bedrooms with private shower room, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 1 pull-out bed, bathroom with bathtub and shower, separate toilet, laundry room (washing machine and dryer). In season rental from Sunday to Sunday to avoid traffic jams at the bridge crossing.
