Charming house with garden and pool

The home had everything you could need, lots of space and a great vibe. We were less than the ten minute walk to LA of great shops and restaurants and loved the outdoor space. Great family option as we were 5 the 2 grandmas. :)

Host Arnaud and property manager Elaine were wonderful walking us through their house. The house was convenient in location to the Palais/center of Cannes (15 mins walk) and offered everything we needed for the week-long stay. Thank you!

Our family of five stayed here for our first visit to Cannes. The owner was helpful and the home is set up well for larger families. The pool is small, but a nice touch. The courtyard is quiet and awesome for breakfast or reading a book! The house is clean with everything you need if you want to cook (just buy groceries). It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the main tourist area of Cannes.

Fantastic stay. From ease of check in to the modern fully built out renovation this property has it all. Interior was so well thought out. The garden was an oasis inside Cannes. Highly recommend this property!

This property is an excellent location for touring all of South of France. It is a short walk to the train station as well as old town Cannes. The home has a very well appointed kitchen. It is a very short walk to the farmers market and has lovely outdoor seating for evening family dinners or enjoying french wine! It is a quiet street away from the busy city and plenty of room to spread out. I highly recommend - we will be back!

Peaceful location just 10mins walk from Le Suquet, and 15 mins to lovely beaches and Beach Clubs. Cannes is an awesome place, such fun and this villa is absolutely fantastic. Clean, modern and with charm. We couldn’t have wanted better. Little pool very important for cooling down in, and the garden was ideal for a get together with old friends although the neighbours did ask us to quieten down at midnight! Apologies for any distress caused but we were having such a fantastic day! I couldn’t have hired a better place, although as we will want to come again I don’t want everyone else to know how great it was! Thanks to Arnaud and Elaine for their time and help.

We loved our stay in this property, and overall in the French Riviera. The house keeps all its promises. It is a big house, on three levels, with a very big and comfortable living room, and a charming and comfortable kitchen, well equipped. The house is renewed and decorated with great style. The outside small garden, with sofas and the swimming pool only for us, definitely has been the highlight. we could eat outside, read a book, take a bath, in the calm of a residential area in Cannes. But all close to the old city Le Suquet, full of nice restaurants, and only 15 minutes walk to La Croisette, with the beach clubs and all the shops nearby. Grocery stores are relatively close. It is very quiet, but a good base to visit the Riviera cities, and Cannes itself, very busy, in August, but from a very quiet base. The check in and out has been very smooth and contact with the host very quick and enjoyable. Parking is a big challenge, it is for free, but it is difficult to find places, and you can park 700m to 1km from the house, for free, however it is not needed to use the car in Cannes. All is walking distance and the n.2 bus stops very close to the house, with an ok frequency. I would definitely recommend the property, the description matches the reality. We were 3 adults staying at this property. Loved the common sitting/eating area - it is roomy and comfortable and calming. There is a quaint kitchen, that had everything we required. And the patio is nicely secluded. This is a great base for touring Cannes & Nice & Grasse, etc. Parking can be a challenge, but there is a lot of choice for restaurants in walking distance. The owners are lovely and very helpful. We were quite happy with this choice for Cannes.
