Charming House on Quiet South Mission Beach Court! Steps from the water!

Glad I booked this place. Beach house was clean and location was ideal for my stay; within walking distance of family. Once I parked, I didn't need my car until I checked out. Rental was clean, quiet, and peaceful. Dawn, my host, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Quick walk to both the bay, beach and restaurants.

The home, the location, the host, everything was exactly as the listing indicated. If we ever go back to Mission Beach, I would stay here again and again. It made out vacation and stay absolutely perfect.

My family and I have rented this house a few times now and every time we always enjoy it. Perfect for a family. Walking distance to the beach, food, coffee, etc. We really enjoy staying at Dawn’s place. We will be back again!

Great house! Has everything you need for a beach vacation except the food and clothes! Great location! Market, pizza and Mexican food 2 minute walk away! House very clean! Would stay again!

Dawn’s space was great for our family of four (myself, my wife, and our 2 year old and 2 month old). The space felt homey and was well equipped for a stay with kids with books, a pack and play, and other essentials. Space was clean and we loved being a few steps from Mission Bay.

Our 6-day stay at the beach house was delightful. The location couldn't be better, nestled in a friendly neighborhood where everything was within walking distance. Morning walks along the coastline, coffee in hand, were a daily ritual we cherished. The house itself felt like a home away from home, beautifully accommodating and particularly kid-friendly. We relished the time spent cooking and dining with family in the cozy, welcoming space. It was a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making our beach getaway memorable. However, we did encounter some issues: the dryer and dishwasher weren’t clean upon arrival, requiring a thorough cleaning before use. Also, the WiFi reception was disappointingly weak in the master bedroom. Despite these minor issues, our beach getaway was memorable and largely enjoyable.

The house is clean and comfortable, and it has a great location close to the beach. There are a few casual restaurants, a coffee shop, and a tiny convenience store within easy walking distance. Beach towels, beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, and bikes are thoughtfully provided -- all we needed were our suitcases and some groceries. We enjoyed grilling and eating our meals on the patio, and the washer, dryer, and outdoor shower were really convenient, particularly with kids. Parking in the garage was a little tight in our midsize SUV, but it was manageable. We had a wonderful time and hope to return one day! Thank you!

Great location to beaches on the ocean and on the bay. Grocery, restaurants, and bars are a block away. Great amenities bikes, kayaks, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. Very clean and very comfortable.

Clean, cozy, and many seaside memories were made in a short amount of time.
