Stayed Aug 9, 2025We took a family vacation to Cape Cod and stayed at the Little Caper. The house is absolutely perfect! Clean updated kitchen and bathrooms. Hosts very responsive to every question that we asked leading up to our stay and during our vacation. House is located in close proximity to many beaches, restaurants and walking distance to town.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025This is a gorgeous, well-appointed home on a quiets cul-de-sac, but close to everything Chatham has to offer. We especially enjoyed being close enough to walk to the Chatham Pier. The home is beautiful and comfortable, and the outside area and fire pit are private and great for evening conversations. Highly recommended!

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Most important to us is the quality and cleanliness of the property and this was one of the best we have ever rented in that regard. The property and furnishings were very clean and well appointed. A great deal of care was given to providing a great experience for the renter from the instructions and guest materials to the welcome treats and bottle of wine ... a nice touch. Owners were very responsive to messages in advance of arrival. We had a great time!
