Charming house built in 2008 with lots of character and very comfortable.

Really lovely, immaculate house in a beautiful location. Was a perfect base for 4 adults with everything we could have wanted. Greeted by Phil on arrival and shown around, he was able to make suggestions of places for us to visit and places to eat. We had the reassurance of knowing that he lived next door should we need anything. Great communication before our stay. We will definitely be back.

The house is great, big, bright and well equipped. The whole place is also perfectly clean and tidy, thanks to Phil and Laurence, the hosts who welcomed us and live next door. They cared about our privacy but were available for any question or request. From the house and the garden we had a great view on the wonderful beach only 200 meters away. Thanks Phil for your tips, from restaurants to beaches ! Definitely a place where we felt welcome and would be very happy to come back.

For us the accommodation can make or break a holiday. Its been a while since we stayed in such a comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped holiday home (I choose the word home because it felt more like a home from home than just a house). It is so well situated that we could easily access other parts of beautiful Brittany or just stay local with the beach, hills and cliff walks on our doorstep. Brilliant for the whole family. The house was immaculate providing everything we needed and we slept like logs in the really comfortable beds. It is ideally located for days out to visit Finistere. We spent lots of time at the beach which is really safe. There is so much to do and see we will definately be coming back.

We spent two weeks in august 2016 in Ti Cosy at Lestrevet and had altogether a wonderful time. We found the house as described on the website. It was perfect for us in all respects: The kitchen well staffed, three sleeping rooms, a terrace and garden furniture, a washing machine, even lots of things to be used for playing. The interior is very tasteful. Everything is clean and in good condition. And Phil, the landlord, was often very helpful with suggestions for shopping, sightseeing, recommendations for restaurants and any kind of questions which could have occurd. The environment is splendid: Two beaches are very close by, swimming was easy and safe; there are ways for walking and hiking, with wounderful scenery. Groceries were availabe in a supermarket about 6 km away, some restaurants with seafood and other items are close by. We also did some trips by car to interesting sight-seeing place such as Point du Raz, Quimper, the great Oceanopolis in Brest and other places. We enjoyed it all very much, and we as well as our kids (age 14 and 15) did not want to leave. Indeed, the only thing we regretted was that the vacation were too short. We have just spent two weeks in this extremely comfortable and immaculately maintained property. It more than lived up to the owners' wish to provide quality holiday accommodation and it is clear that much thought has gone into ensuring that guests have an enjoyable time. The owners are very friendly and helpful but,although only next door, are not intrusive. As well as the property being a gem, the location is in a stunning part of Brittany with both beaches and beautiful countryside on the doorstep. There is much to do and see in this area for people of all ages.We have no hesitation in recommending Ti Cosy to our family and friends.
