Charming home with stunning bay views, sunroom, gazebo, deck, & grill

The house setup was perfect for couples staying together. The location was quiet and wonderful and beautiful and convenient. No complaints at all.

Pictures do not do this property justice. Absolutely stunning landscape and scenery. Own little slice of Maine heaven. We can't wait to come back. Perfect location for trips to Acadia and Bar Harbor. Check-in was a breeze. Beds were comfortable. Living room was spacious. We enjoyed the firepit at sunset with smores and it was just perfect. We didn't want to leave.

The house was perfect for 3 couples, roomy, fully stocked kitchen, beds were comfortable, sunsets were amazing and the rocky beach was lovely as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Less than 30min to Bar Harbor and Acadia Nat.Park, lovely home on the water, fully equipped for a great family trip

We stayed for our group trip to Acadia Nat.Park, great home, spacious, wonderfully situated on the river. Highly recommend.

Lovely quiet scenic location, this home was fully equipped for comfortable living. It was immaculate. The beds were comfy. The bedrooms were large except for the smallest one, which was fine for us old folks with simple needs. Lots of outdoor space. Plenty of indoor space to prepare/eat our meals and play games. Everything was in working order. 20 minutes to Acadia, closer to groceries and Sugar bakery, home of whoopie pies. We neither saw nor heard any neighbors. It’s one of our favorite rentals. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

The home had an amazing view of the Bay and beautiful sunset views. The location to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park was great as well. I hope that the owners of the home will review my recommendations and make some needed repairs to the home.

Cute house that was great for family. The back yard has a gorgeous view and you can walk right down on the beach. Checking in and out is a breeze. Overall the house is starting to show a little wear (squeaky floors and loose tiles) but it is adorable, comfortable, and affordable. Location is ideal if you are aiming to spend time in Bar Habor or Acadia.

Great location and wonderful views we sat around the fire pit at night listening to the loons on the bay.

The property was better than the photos shown. We loved the location. It was so peaceful, yet conveniently close to Acadia and stores/restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place.

Stay here for the sunsets and the backyard! The location is fantastic for exploring Acadia NP and the area. It is a rural location so expect all the nature that comes with it: beautiful, unobstructed sunsets on the water, loud frogs at night, and lots of bugs. We enjoyed eating dinner in the sun porch and having nightly fires in the fire pit. The bathrooms were super clean with plenty of towels. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook in. It was really nice having our own waterfront area to explore too!

Loved this place. We're thinking about coming back. Had some minor house issues with toilet and ants but it was quickly resolved. Local property manager was great. Quick to respond. Thank you for this lovely home with a great view.

We enjoy the outdoors so the gazebo and the fire pit was a great place for us to just unwind. Spent a few years saving up for this trip so this peaceful stop was needed.

This home is situated in a lovely spot with full views to the lake and sunset from every room. It’s clean and comfortable but dated, the kitchen really needs some update especially the appliances and sink.

the location was beautiful and relaxing. The house was nice. It was close to Acadia. Stop at Sugar bakery (cash only when we went) that is close by for breakfast. Lobster pounds were close by and also very good.

The setting was beautiful and peaceful. There was plenty of room for our party of six. The two things I would suggest are - identify that the house has a lobster pot and the type of coffee maker available. I tried to get that info but was unsuccessful. Would go back again.

Nice tucked away home with a good amount of amenities for cooking, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and spent a lot of time in the back yard with the incredible view. The outdoor spaces and beach below felt very secluded and peaceful. We were happy with the location, with Bar Harbor and groceries both very nearby. We recommend it!

Great kitchen and living areas. 4 bedrooms with queen sized beds. Great water view with beautiful sunsets. Access to water for kayaks.

We stayed at this property with two families of four. There was room for us all and the bedrooms were all very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking meals and there was a very nice grill on the back deck. The best part was the waterfront location and we enjoyed evenings by the fire pit. It was a great spot for day trips to Acadia National Park and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area.
