The panoramic views of the ocean are a scene you'll never forget, and you'll love the home's three large TVs, two living areas, gas grill, leather furniture, and burnished hardwood floors.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright and professionally designed interior flooded with natural light, thanks to the many viewing windows that show off the water. Make yourself at home by sitting on the plush furniture, streaming a movie on the large TV, and admiring the two-story fireplace, vaulted cedar tongue ceilings, and upscale finishings. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the newly renovated full kitchen, boasting a floating island breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances that include a double oven. With eight beds, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities. Kids will love spending time and sleeping in the bunk beds. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    This was our second stay at this rental property, and we felt right at home. The house was cozy, provided us with all of the amenities, and great views of the Bay and Mountains from the spacious decks. Truly a beautiful and relaxing place to stay.

    The home is beautiful, bright, airy and easy access to lovely walks and gorgeous views. This is clearly a “new-on-the-vacation-list-rental” and there are a handful of things that can be improved: 1. Gotta have a can opener… that’s just standard equipment. 2. If there are passes available for local parks/access points (as it says in the welcome, those need to be available). Still have no idea where those might have been. 3. Some sort of nightstand/bedside table in the bunk bed room. 4. … and this was by far and away the biggest issue, this was a family getaway and if you’ve ever tried, getting a little extra sleep, getting breakfast made, getting all of the bags packed/beds stripped/etc, AND adhering to a 10am checkout time… I’ve literally stayed in hotels and vacation rentals all over the world and 10am is an ungracious check-out hour. 11am is the standard, anything before that makes it less of a vacation.
